Food wasn't bad. Service was pretty good. Biggest plus, there lobby was open. I drive a tractor trailer. I cant go through a drive-thru.
The foods ok but the staff is completely incompetent. Order was wrong, everything on the menu they didn’t have the stuff for, I wanted a bacon cheeseburger. No jalapeño bites and they gave me a croissantwhich and just weren’t very helpful
Was our order really that tough?? 1 Burger, 1 double cheeseburger, 1 senior drink and 1 diet senior drink. Both windows got it wrong. Second window we kept correcting and actually pointing to ourselves...."he wants a double cheeseburger....I want a hamburger." OMG.....Ohio! We did leave with correct order....laughing? after me were done SOH?.
Typical fast food. But it least the dining room was open. That got them 4 stars alone.
Absolutely trash. Ice cold cheese burgers served at the very beginning of lunch time. Pathetic.

We placed an order for dine-in via the (otherwise wonderful) BK App. According to the App, the dine-in was open until 8pm; on-site, it was posted as closing at 11pm, but when we arrived at 7pm, the dining room was closed. We went through the drive-through instead, and after waiting for several minutes for our food, it was cold. On top of that, we were barely spoken to, treated rudely, and when we pulled around to get new food they simply handed us a bag without a word.By far the most terrible experience I've ever had at any Burger King.
I love I mean it was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly too we had dinner in the burger king

It's only 7:20 PM on Wednesday and the place is closed. Not just for dine in btw. No drive thru service either. The Google listing says they are open to 8. What a joke. They are desperate for business presumably as the app offer was for a $1 whopper. I drove over here for nothing. Make it work and throw in the towel and just shut the damn place down for good. Stop blaming the damn pandemic already. I got my shots back in March. God help this failing system!!!!!!!!
