These places are starting to get comical. B Dubs is one of my favorite spots but come on. I ordered them to bet wet and barely no sauce. I ordered 20 wings and at least half were bitesize. I NEVER call and complain but this time I did bc this is just that cut corners and don’t care mentality and that’s not acceptable when you pay over a dollar per wing. The manager told me to bring the food all the way back to the store lmao. And even admitted to having some wing vendor issues but suggested that “box of chicken wasn’t used today” lol. These people are getting worse and worse nowadays and then look at you like you stupid when the food is not acceptable. It’s kind of sad.
Have a limited menu on Sunday/ Mother's day. Only offered everything deep fried. Nothing grilled. No salads or side's except french fries, fried pickles and tater tots. We ordered fried pickles first, but after 35 minutes our over fried wings came out 2 of which were like rocks and inedible. Asked about our fried pickles and 15 minute's later they came out. The restaurant was only 1/4 full. I used to come here a lot but after moving , it's been over a year since I've been back and will seriously doubt that I will be back. I also witnessed a group of 14 and a group of 7 turn away and leave because they were told that it would take a long time before their would come out. I wish that we were told that before we were seated as I would have probably not have stayed either.
A one star review for all the right reasons.Glad we decided to leave when we did or I wouldn't have found another restaurant open to eat at.1st- your main glass entry door is a major liability and someone will get seriously hurt. This needs fixed TODAY before a child ends up with a commercial glass door on them.2nd- We were told a 10min wait for a small table. We noticed many small tables open and available for seating. We received the text to wait and so we did outside.3rd- We waited for 35 minutes and decided to leave due to our time constraints and already waited longer then we were told. We received a text our table was ready after one hour.4th- I've decided to write this and I hope that management makes changes.Photos provided in review

Like someone else in the comments said the place wasn’t busy at all and our food came too quick fries were old probably heated them in a microwave so we asked them to be taken off the bill I didn’t want them our waitress was slow barely came to the table would barely check on us she really played herself out of a good tip. idk if this place fell off or it just wasn’t a good day to dine in. Never again I think I’m just done with Buffalo Wild Wings for good this time.
We went in yesterday early afternoon and sat at the bar. We each had a drink, and shared an order of fries. Started feeling bad about an hour later. Now (next morning) neither of us have been able to eat since yesterday. We did not sleep and are losing our voices. We have been nauseous since we got home.Avoid at all costs.
One of my favorite wings place. Sweet Spicy Thai rocks with celery and blue cheese. Definitely no need to mess them up with any fries. Though their fries and onion rings are good.Service is friendly and even my kids like their wings!
So, I don't like giving such a low review because I know how incredibly short staffed they were... But after not being able to order online or over the phone for take out, I went in. I waited 10 minutes before someone took my order and I could hear yelling from the back kitchen most of the time I stood there.I ordered 10 boneless wings and a slice of cake... It took 20 minutes and when I got back to my hotel room and opened it up, the first 5 wings had almost no sauce and were extremely small. The chocolate cake was old and cold. And the last 5 wings literally just had butter poured on them...The bartender and person who took my order were very nice and I could tell they were overworked and stressed, which is why I gave a 2 star instead of 1...
Dirty dubs tots were lame. Food doesn't look like advertisements but this is pathetic.
Waiter with the beard completely ignored me and had an attitude and took other peoples order ahead of me when I came before. The AC was on and it was 30F outside lol. Smh. Very unprofessional. I just got up and left after waiting for 15 min, it wasnt even busy.
