The food and service were a delight!
We visited for dinner on an 80 degree evening and sat outside. The entire evening was delightful. My husband and I had eggplant Parmesan; one of our guests had salmon and two other guests had chicken Alfredo. Everyone was delighted the quality of the food. Weâll be back.
We were at Bravo with family to celebrate a special occasion. Not our first time. We had excellent service but were somewhat disappointed with the food. Some of our favorites were unavailable and the salads some had were just sad-looking. Going earlier in the evening meant it was not quite full so the noise level was a little quieter.
The service was great, the food was disappointing, less quality than past visits! We sat at a round table near the windows where there was a huge spider web on the wall. The women's restroom needs serious attention! The floors were very sticky. All stalls needed toilet paper and the hand soap situation was not good! Hoping they can clean it up a bit!!
Our appetizer was good. The bread was hard and stale. Our dinners were uncooked and very little sauce. It was the exact same the last time we came; we thought we would try again. We will not be back
Decent food. Didnât get Italian. Service was good and e e. Though we were late they got us right in.
We ordered 3 dishes on line for pickup on 7/3/22 from Bravo - West Chester. The order was ready at the time requested. All three dishes were piping hot when picked up and were quite tasty when served at home. The staffer who gave me our order was friendly, courteous and greeted us with a smile. A very pleasant experience. We will surely order again.

We didn't really get to eat here other than appetizers. We stopped in one day for a snack while waiting on a movie. Decided to go back a few weeks later while in town for dinner.The wait time at the table is fairly long. Wait staff was decent. They take their allergy risks very seriously here though. We informed them after we ordered that my wife has a shellfish allergy (that is our fault). The manager came over and told us that they would have to cancel my wife's order due to exposure risk, which we understood. What we didn't care for is the extremely slimmed down menu she has to choose from after. I'm sure the food is good, but it makes it not enjoyable for her. Sadly, we won't be returning.
It was to celebrate my birthday. We also had a $20.00 coupon. I had a delicious Shrimp and Lobster pasta. Both the shrimp and Lobsters were sweet, juicy and tender. Because it was my birthday, I had a complimentary dessert. Everything was just the way it should be. BRAVO will remain one of our favorite restaurants in Cinci. The foods is always good, servings are large ( I always have left over to bring home for another meal.). The prices are reasonable, so we can really enjoy an evening out without breaking the bank.
