Double Protein Bowl needs to be renamed Sweet Potato Casserole. Not much protein there, just loads of sweet potato! Good thing it came with a plate of fresh fruits and banana bread... that filled me up. Rise and Shine Burger was dry and buttermilk pancakes are overcooked as well. We will just go back to the Mason Montgomery branch next time.

Unfortunately, this place had terrible customer service. My wife and I agreed to wait 30 minutes to be seated, which was fine. We were seated after 30 minutes or so. Perfect, we thought! We sat down for about 5 minutes and realized that the waiter and waitress were helping people around us, but would not make eye contact with us. At that moment, we both had the feeling that something was odd. We both decided to time how long it would take for the waiter or waitress to greet us. 10 more minutes went by and still we had not been greeted. My wife was ready to leave, but I said let's give them 5 more minutes. Tables around us had left and the restaurant was not full. The additional 5 minutes passed and now 20 minutes had went by without being greeted. I attempted to get the attention of the waitress that was in the area, but she either didn't hear me or ignored me and walked back towards the kitchen. At that moment we decided to get up and leave the restaurant. As we were getting up to leave, the couple in the booth behind us realized what was happening and told us how they couldn't believe that we hadn't even received water yet. My wife and I were the only African Americans that I saw in the restaurant. I'm a person that usually gives people the benefit of the doubt, so I'm not going to accuse the workers here of anything. Needless to say, we will never dine at this Bob Evans restaurant ever again.

Prepare for an hour wait time just to be seated (host seemed pretty new and not very proficient at his assigned task). However, the revamped kids' menu and our friendly and fast server made up for the dreadfully awful initial impression with the host.

First time eating at the West Chester location and it was good. Greeted immediately by one of the 3 servers on tonight. Seated promptly, order taken within 3 minutes, salad delivered with drink a few minutes later, within 10 minutes the entree was served. Server checked back, took my dessert order, simply put, solid all around!

This place desperately needs help. They only have one side open because they are short on staff and food is mediocre. Chicken soup was watery, baked potatoe soup was just cut potatoes and cheese sauce. Banana bread qas awful. I'm noticing most Banana bread at bob evans never taste thr same anymore. Never fresh. My chicken was good but tough. Our table juggled when I tried cutting into it. Iced coffee was okay but the didn't give me a "sweet cream" just thr normal creamers. The waitress is new and she did a great job. Just over all its under staffed and we waited a bit before we were seated and hardly anybody in the restaurant.

We were told 15 minutes and ended up walking out after 40 plus minutes. A couple who walked up right before we left told the host that they'd been there for about 20 minutes in line to be put on the wait list, they had not. The host ushered them to the side and said, oh, sorry...be with you next. I don't know what that was about. I understand a wait if people are actively eating but a little more friendly customer service or updates would go a long way. Several times the host would disappear completely for extended periods.

Food was good, caramel mocha was perfection. Service was fast and attentive. Will go to this location over one closer because it offers better quality food and staff is always polite.

One of me favorite places to eat because of good food, decent prices and fast, friendly service. And probably the closest thing to a real home cooked meal, for me.A few menu favorites are the pot roast sandwich, the deep dish chicken noodle and farmer's breakfast. All in all, you'll enjoy a comfortable dinner environment, yummy food and really reasonable prices.

I guarantee, that Emma is one of the greatest servers in the tri-state area! She is a great representative for the Bob Evans restaurant chain! Not only was she attentive to my family's needs at the restaurant, she took care of many other customers at the same time. She did it all with Grace, Style and Focus, plus she was very Fast and Efficient!Much Love to the food prepares, they had her back as well. The food was excellent and tasty!I felt safe in this restaurant! With all that has been going on in the world we haven't been out much, but I know that we will come back to this Bob Evans again!

2nd time we tried this location for carryout. 1 time food was cold and curbside staff was rude. Ok, bad day. This time, went in to pick up order, staff again very rude, and while driving home came to realize staff had failed to secure lid on gravy container so that spilled all over my car. GREAT. Called to have it replaced and when I returned, while waiting 8 noticed how dirty kitchen seems to be and NO employee is wearing a mask. I'm not really ask police, but shouldn't the people preparing food at least wear a mask? I mean if hardware store worker wears a mask, shouldn't person cooking my food wear a mask? Especially since customer base is often older. Too many places offering good service to spend money at this Bob Evans.
