My medium rare steak was well done, and the green beans were mushy. On the good side, they replaced my steak with a properly cooked one, and gave me an alternate side.The waitress was very good and facilitated fixing the problems. Gave her a 20%+ tip!
(Country) music played in restaurant is far too loud. A member of my party has autism and is sensitive to loud noises. There were only about five parties in the restaurant, but the music level was not adjusted to meet the minimal crowd size. We asked the waitress to turn down the music upon being seated. She said she’d see what she could do. After 10 minutes of no change and having our affected individual having to wear noise canceling headphones and missing out in conversation with our party, we left and went to Bob Evans across the street, which was expectedly playing country but at a non-overwhelming volume. There was no one around to explain to why we were leaving. I called a few minutes later and chose the option for a manager but no one picked up and the automated message disconnected us. Also note to management, the place was empty just before dinner time. Country music is polarizing and is likely discouraging some customers from eating at your restaurant. People who would like to hear it can go to Texas Roadhouse. You could play a variety of music inclusive of diverse cultures and ages.
We came in, had a 20 min wait. But was seated really quick. Out waiter Joel was great, funny, fast even with being short staffed. We had the white Queso and chips, quesadilla burger and the street bourbon chicken and shrimp. The burger was great, the chicken was cooked perfect. I didn't know they had white Queso. Joel I look forward to having you as our server next time!
If I could give zero stars i would. This is the worst experience I’ve had in an Applebee’s in years and probably worst restaurant experience ever. I waited almost two hours before being sat down due to they were only helping to go orders at the time. After being sat finally two hours later I watched everyone come in and get food and leave before I even got food. They gave me the wrong food once and messed my order up twice. The best part is I was then charged for several items that I didn’t order and the manager refused to come out and talk to customers. What a joke of an establishment and a joke of a manger I would go next door to the Burger King to get food rather than Applebees. Beware!
The service was horrible. The server was nice but forgot about my drink at the beginning. He took forever to take our order and the appetizer took a while and the main dish came right behind the appetizer. The food runner seemed very unmotivated to be there and my meal the fajita chicken wrap was very bland. I will go to the other applebees closer to where I live and avoid this one . Usually I enjoy myself at applebees but not this time.
I came here on a Work Trip. Arrived 01/11/22 around 8pm. Was exhausted after a 12 hr drive. Food was Cold & Mashed potatoes were hard & Dry. Really a Real Let down. Only thing Good was the Waitress. Older Lady Slim with Blonde hair. She was on top of it.
This was NYE afternoon and we went to watch the Bearcats game. Our server/bartender was outstanding. Friendly, efficient and on point. Our background is the restaurant business and we were impressed at her ability to manage the bar, tables and service bar. She told us she had been there 9 years and it showed. Thank you!
Entering the restaurant, it took a while for a hostess to appear. When we were seated, the service was decent, until the end. We had cone for my son's birthday and waited so long to order dessert that we just paid and left. The chicken in my broccoli chicken Alfredo was burnt. The sauce and broccoli were fine. The chips were too flimsy to hold toppings. Bethany was nice until she never brought a dessert menu knowing we were there for a birthday. The only real delight was a very friendly bus person who checked on us several times and was very sweet. He should be doing the serving.
We were very hungry while we were out shopping for a toddler bed. The toddler decided to eat all the snacks, we stopped at Applebee's seated fast placed order and within 15mins food was out. Sharon/Sharonda was our waitress can't remember her name all I know is that she was wonderful great customer service and she took care of all of our needs. The toddler smashed her finger in restroom door and she made sure she was good, with a bag of ice to go. Great experience great service.
Great location only a few locations in my area a little out the way but we'll worth it. Clean, bright good service everyone seem to enjoy working there GOOD ATTITUDES just felt good dinning there. The location in Fairfield after several visits was just horrible the wife and I stopped going there ? but fortunately we found our oasis here in this location. Thanks Applebeeeeees?
