i simply ordered spicy nuggets and they messed up my order do I went back to get my order right and they had the nerve to say I HAD A Attitude problem because they messed up my order
Worst experience ever. Line is wrapped around the building. They messed up my order and I called to see if they could bring us the remade to the door (since the inside is closed). Nope, have to go around. Waited 40 min for the whole ordeal. NEVER coming back. Not to mention the lady at the window had the audacity to say “is there anymore cars?”. Like yeah, it’s wrapped around the whole entire building.Corporate needs to get over here and fix this. This is ridiculous. It’s ONE hamburger PLAIN. PLAIN and SIMPLE.
.ost Wendy's are slow. Supposedly because it is made fresh. This restaurant was no exception. 12 minutes to go through to drive through. For food that was supposed to be made fresh it was lukewarm when I got it. I asked for lettuce and tomato on my baconator and I did not get it. The bacon was barely therr. The cheese was almost nonexistent. This was not a made fresh sandwich.
Highly recommend not using their online ordering. Even though this location has a mobile pickup waiting area, your still required to go through the drive through. What’s the point of mobile orders, when often times it’s a longer wait. Don’t bother asking about it, the manager will give you some B.S speech that never answers your question.
DOORDASHER - Drive-thru lines way too long! They need to open up their dining area and hire more workers. Also, change system for mobile & online orders & delivery platforms!
Food is fresh and hot... takes a few minutes longer to get through the drive thru but it's worth it to get food made right then instead of food that's been sitting around
Food is always good, however, they need to do something about the long line at the drive thru. It takes me 10 minutes to drive here and the line is wrapped around the building. I waited 20 minutes in line, got my food, and then they gave me a double cheeseburger instead of a triple. This wouldn't be a big deal if they didn't charge me for a triple. I wasn't about to turn around and wait 20 minutes in line to get an extra hamburger patty. Can't go inside because the lobby is closed. McDonald's never has this long of a line at the drive thru. They need to add another drive thru lane and/or open up their lobby.
Drive thru wait is unreal, employees are doing the best they can. Wendy’s corporate needs to figure out how to pay workers so they can get staff hired. Management was very nice and apologetic.
Hectic busy store, definitely needs more help.they were fast and friendly but you could tell she was swamped.food was good order was correct only missed a side of mustard but I wasn't stressed about it,I have more
The burger that I ordered was raw pink inside! The manager was rude! Called me a liar about a stupid sandwich. Who does that??? I have no reason to lie about a sandwich! I also live 3 cities away. Just horrible!
