I'm not sure if it was the time of day or what, but I was disappointed. It was definitely different from the one we ate at in North Carolina. My husband and I had eggs over easy, grits, bacon and toast and a waffle. The eggs had runny whites. The grits were lumpy. My bacon I ordered floppy, was over done, crunchy. The waffle was the best part. I haven't decided if I want to try again or not. The service was ok.
Employees very loud and acting foolish, talking about costumers loud enough they could be heard. One employee stated “ I love watching people trying to put the lids on the boxes, they never can do it” . I really didn’t appreciate that. Also my order wasn’t correct. The waitress came with the order and not 5 minutes later she brought the bill. No offers for refills on drinks, no how is the meal.. nothing but employees yelling to each other and being foolish.. will never eat here again!
I would give less than one star if I could. We went there for a late dinner (8:20) the lady barely said hello. We sat and waited for about 15 minutes before she even came over to get us drinks. She came back with our drink and then informed us that they are getting ready to clean the grill so food won’t be able to be cooked for 30 minutes. I didn’t want to wait that long so we decided to go somewhere else so she brought us the bill for the three drinks that we didn’t even touch. So we had to pay over 7 dollars for rudeness and time wasted. We have had bad experiences there before so we will not be going back.
Asked at least 3 times if cheddar cheese was an option, stressed my other half hates American cheese. Cody assured me yes, cheddar is an option. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches. 1 add pickle, 1 plain add cheddar. Got 2 grilled chicken texas melts (didn't want cheese on 1) with the regular plus pickle missing lettuce and tomato even though Cody told the grill op to include both when she asked about onion.I try so hard to be trusting but finally getting dinner home 15 minutes later to find out its messed up several ways is very sad.
Never had a complaint about any waffle house I went to. Cheap and good food!
Fast and friendly customer service
Walked in during a snow storm saw people sitting and eating the blond server turn us away for dine in service and said only taking to goes what's the difference if we order to go vs. Sitting to eat we use to go to this place alot and she would have gotten a got tip but this is the second time we go there and we left un happy
Food was alright, their waffles really have gone down in quality. Service was top notch tho!
The good here is amazing and we come here Christmas morning and the people there are absolutely wonderful can't wait to come again 10/10
Breakfast of Champions, served daily. They have changed their menu recently, but I still was able to order triple hash browns even though they weren't listed. Food was excellent, coffee was pretty good, not burned. Service was good even though they were busy. A jukebox was playing a truly bizarre mix of 80s 90s country and 90s boy band pop. That just added to the mystique that is Waffle House. Thanks for a great time. We'll be back again soon.
