Rented the Malta cabana. Our server, Marissa was conscientious;always taking time to answer this first timer's questions. Service was impeccable. The cabana was clean. The white pizza was delicious...lots of cheese and the peppers are hot.A perfect day all around. Will be returning.

Great wedding venue and nice vacation feel. Resort can be confusing at times (navigating restaurants and breakfast for example). The most interesting part was being able to have a full-out conversation at normal volume with our upstairs neighbors through the bathroom air vents! Hearing a family member while in the bathroom led us to find out that they had the room above us. Would have been a lot more concerning if it were a stranger... not much privacy.

Our stay was amazing! The Chophouse and The Atrium had delicious food. Also, I had the best deep-tissue massage ever. I highly recommend Ericka If you’re interested in booking a massage, she was fabulous. I will be back soon ☺️

We visited The Grand Resort as a way to get away for relaxation. The room was decent. You can tell the hotel was rehabilitated and renovated because they kept a lot of the original design. Such as small sinks in the room and a vanity outside the room. It was definitely giving motel vibes. We check out the recreational room which was a bar (1 of 6 that I counted) a few arcade games, billiards table, shuffle board, and ping pong table. I’m taking into account that this was a holiday weekend so it was pretty busy. However, the amount of time to wait for service at the pool was not very “resort” feeling. They also played margaritaville radio the whole time so the relaxing vibe was never really evident. There are no umbrellas so prepare to get a good tan ( and potentially burn). The gym and fitness center was really nice. They have a complete fitness center with free weights, machines, and tread mills. The spa was really nice. Best part by far was our couples massage. Both massage therapist were perfect. The experience was resort quality. The dinner we had was okay. Again, holiday weekend. The I had the tropical salad with shrimp. The dressing was really sweet so I subbed the white vinegarette. The breakfast at the Atrium was really good. I had the build your own omelet and breakfast potatoes. The cigar lounge is really nice. The gentlemen I worked with both knew what they were talking about. Overall, we will definitely go back to check out the golf course, sit at some of the other bars, and hit the spa again.

The room overlooked the pool/outdoor bar area that rocked on til 2 am. The room also had only a slated blind (no room darken curtains) and the sun blazed into our room at 6am. Bad combo if you need to get any sleep before you get back on the road. Disappointing for the cost.

We’ve been to this resort a few times before. What we love is the outdoor space which includes an adult only Roman bath ( small pool with heated water) and a large outdoor pool, a bar and two outdoor dining areas. There are plenty of chairs, waitstaff to bring drinks, towel service and music on Saturdays. It is stunning to look at, people say you feels like you are in Vegas, it’s particularly pretty at night with colored lights reflecting off the white exterior. On Saturdays, in the summer, it’s one big party. In the Roman bath, we always meet the nicest people. Someone is always celebrating something, it’s just fun. Inside the resort there are upscale restaurants and bars. The drink quality is great and the common resort areas are pretty. We reserved one of the last rooms, it was too close to the lobby (109). It wasn’t a big deal, but I’d probably ask for a more quiet room next time…honestly we were lucky to get a room, they were busy. The only negative to our trip was the food quality has declined a bit. We were able to get a table overlooking the pool, listening to the evening band…but our waitress was incredibly slow. I think she had tables in another part of the resort, we didn’t see her for 15-30 minutes, several times. A salad, 2 burgers and fries was almost a 2 hour dinner and we ordered upon her first approach. Again, we were seated enjoying music-so no big deal. Drinks at the pool were slow, as well. Not a deal breaker for us, this is happening everywhere and the staff were all very pleasant!!! We will definitely go back.

If you’re looking for a getaway this is the place! The Pools and service are spot on! Makes you feel like you’re at a Caribbean Resort without the beach of course. Love they have cabanas you can rent too. Unfortunately we couldn’t get an appt at the Spa, next time! Can’t wait to go back

We got the "romance" package. First we showed up early and were told that they would text when the room was ready, they did not. Second the rose petals scattered around the room and bed were fake. Third they give you gift vouchers but don't actually give you vouchers so you don't know how to use them or even that they exist without seeing them online. Then online it says the $50 voucher can be used at any restaurant but the front desk says it can only be used at two of them. The waiter at the restaurant didn't even know anything about the gift voucher and had to go ask. The food at dinner was very meh and I asked to substitute something for the salad that came with my meal and I was told that I could do that but I had to pay full price for what ever item I wanted to substitute with. Then the free breakfast was actually two vouchers for $18.09 each. When my wife ordered an espresso off of the breakfast menu the waitress said that it couldn't be paid for by the voucher. After I asked the restaurant manager she corrected this mistake and the espresso was covered. Also during breakfast my wife wanted a dairy free milk option and we were told that they didn't think there was one and the waitress would go ask, she never came back with an answer. They did a very poor job at keeping the food stocked on the buffet and if you got waffles there was no syrup. They only give you 4 pods for the coffee maker in your room, of which only 2 we're caffeinated coffee, between 2 people. The only complaint about the room itself is that there was no door between the room and the toilet, also no light separate frome the main bathroom light for the middle of the night. My wife would like me to say that she got a massage in the spa and that it was fantastic.

The location was great. The resort was simply beautiful. I Know we miss a few places in our stay, due to it's so large. The room was nice, the bed and pillows were to died for! So comfortable. It had a wonderful Frig. too. We were there for a 2 night stay with a golf package. The course was beautiful and challenging for sure.

Beautiful resort. We were 45 minutes from home and it felt like a luxurious far away vacation. The pools are beautiful, a lot of options for eating, lots of things to do. Loved the time in the spa. Many, many bars to choose from. Will definitely visit again.
