My daughters, granddaughter and I visited this taco bell at 1:00 I the afternoon on Saturday May 21. The dinning room was disgustingly dirty! I run a fast food restaurant and I can tell you this dinning room hadn't been cleaned in days. The floor was filthy with food all over it and sticky! When we asked for our table to be wiped, an employee did wipe our table but none of the others. I only gave 2 stars because our order was correct and food was good. But seeing the condition of the dining room made me wonder about the condition of the kitchen.

We are currently sitting in the drive thru, we have been sitting here for 30 minutes and we’ve been in the same spot since we got here. that is ridiculous i understand that you guys are understaffed but even when i was working at taco bell and when we were understaffed people didn’t have to sit in the drive thru for this long. you need to fix this ASAP not to mention that this isn’t the only time that this has happened.Edit: we finally got up to the order speaker only to be told that they didn’t have beef. then we sat in the drive thru for another 10 minutes before cars started moving again and we got out.

45 minutes and no food. Asked for a refund and manager looked at me and said your order is ready. I'm like if it is ready why am I not eating it. She had no answer. I said just give me my money back because I have no idea how long it was sitting there. The workers were all.standing around talking and laughing. Never go to this taco Bell.

Staff was nice. Food tasted like it was a day old. Chicken was hard as a rock, couldn't finish my $5+ chicken gordita crunch. Been here before. Normally crazy slow but the food is normally good. Will try again but might have to find one farther away if the food doesn't go back to being good

The food was hot and good eating. The drive through had a little wait time because they only have one window. The customer service was good too.

Ordered on the app and showed 10 minutes before the time I was scheduled. The line was long for a place that was somehow closed and I was denied service because they were already closed? Website states 11PM not 10PM and when I asked for a managers name or the owners contact info I was denied that as well. Extremely rude staff to top it off. Ended up waiting a week for my money to be reimbursed after my order was not processed. I will not go here again and definitely wish I could give negative stars. Horrible experience!!

Waited at the speaker box over 10mins before being able to place my order. Another 15mins plus waiting for the 3 cars ahead of me. Slowest tbell east of the mississippi

This is a great restaurant I don't go here often but when I do I really enjoy it. New line the prices are okay I love going here.

Only reason I gave 2 stars is because our order was right or else I would of gave 1 star. When we pulled into the drive thru around 930 p. M. Friday night we had 6 cars in front of us. It took 30 minutes to even get to the ordering board. Another ten to get to the window and get our food. I don't know if it's lack of workers or lack of good workers but whatever it is management needs to do something. 40 minutes stuck in the drive thru is ridiculous! Food tasted good esc. Hard taco was split from the amount of grease and both quesadillas had a completely blank section. End piece on both of them had no cheese or steak, bare tortilla. Please make some adjustments!

I generally love Taco Bell,the food was fine but the line was terrible. Sat for about 40 minutes waiting in line. What's worse to me is there is no way to escape once in the line. What if there was an emergency?
