It was Taco Bell, their consistency is pretty much the same around the world. The frozen drink dispenser was "down" which says to me it probably needs cleaning but whatever. The reason for the low rating was the accuracy of the order, I tried to get 3 crunchy tacos with meat, cheese, and sour cream and a drink. I told the nice lady taking my order that if it was cheaper to order it as the taco supreme meal without lettuce and tomato that I'd be ok with that. Well somehow she or the person making the order screwed it up but I take some of the blame for not verifying the order.
I'll give it 50/50 that has nothing to do with anyone working there. But hey it never looks as good as the TV or menus photograph. But I'll still give it 100 for the line for fast Mexican American style good items. Gotta have that Taco Bell once in a while. And y'all know it sure beats the Hot dogg shop.This comment has nothing to do with the actual food products down town Warren or Girard.
Got to the drive thru window at 11:45 after waiting for 15 minutes and was told they are closed. When published that they close at 12 on the windows and online. The very rude worked then exclaimed the reason they were closed was because they ran out of food. This is very disappointing and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do better.
This place is very clean and they work so fast to get your food. No problems yet!
When we ordered one evening the order was wrong. I called about it and the manager not only replaced the item that was prepared wrong but for our trouble and because who took our order was new, she replaced the entire order. She made the situation right and I appreciate that. Thank you Latoya. The replaced order was great and well made.
Went through the drive thru an hour before they closed sat night. All lights were on and cars in the parking lot. No one would answer so I drove to the window. You could tell they hadn't gotten the place cleaned up or anything. I felt like they were probably in the back screwing off. I saw a few cars pull in so they definitely lots business that night.
They were out of potatoes, which isn't necessarily their fault, I was just disappointed. They also put tomatoes on my tacos, even though I requested without. The same with lettuce on someone else's tacos, requested none and it was on there.

It was my worse experience there ever! I sat in line for over 20 mins to have my order so screwed up they ran out of beans for my bean and rice burritos never asked if I wanted something else. Will never be back
Ordered on the App, quick, fresh and hot. The new cantina melt taco is average but the gordita wrapped tacos are back yes!
