It's Subway, consistency is number 1 here. The food was just like any other Subway, small and pricey for what you get. Good flavor though and the staff here is top notch and that's why I gave them 5 ?

Guacamole on my sub was awful and tasted bad. I told the girl and she said well, its good tomorrow and I said but its bad. Can you make me a new one and she said you'll have to pay for it. I told her to forget it but if I get sick I'll just sue! She shrugged her shoulders and said I'm not a manager and one is not here. I walked away and was trying to scrape off the guacamole and then she called me back up and said she called the manager and she could make me a new one. So I took it up to her and she was starting to make me a half and I paid for a whole so I told her and tried to look over the counter at my sandwich and I said you don't believe me?? You want to see it?? And she said no. After that she had a major attitude problem!! Wont be back there anytime soon!

Messes up my order every time tried three times. Called every time and it didn’t seem like a big deal to them. This is 1 minute away from my house I’ll drive to Niles or downtown warren from now on.
Something is always broke or not working here. Just went in and she's said she is out of marinara sause for the night. You couldn't of microwaved some? Never will be back here. Always an issue and employees are always rude. Tried to like this location because it is the closest.
Steak and cheese foot long on Italian bread, provolone, double meat and cheese, toasted. Best.
