I took coupons for buy a 6 inch and get a 6 inch free and the people that worked there charged me 12.00 for a 6 inch and it was a meal deal and they charged me for a soda and charged me for the chips separately! And I had 3 coupons for 3 6 inch meal deals and no one that worked could figure out how to use them they were meant to be used they charged me everything separate! ! I'll never go back there ever again!!
Understaffed like everywhere else. 2 girls working didnt care how many people were in line, kept the same slow pace. Manager lady was hiding in the back for a smoke & not helping at all.
Place is so hit or miss. Seems like anytime when theres any good coupons for warm subs the oven conveniently breaks.

I know they have lots of new employees, but no one is monitoring them or showing them how to make sandwiches....I ordered a flatbread with chicken and provolone for my son.. I asked the girl to toast it .....and when she did, half of the chicken fell on the floor.....cheese fell off and got stuck to the tray, but she just shrugged her shoulders and said...."that was easy... I guess I can leave on time now".... ?

They cut 2 different sandwiches with the same dirty knife and my sandwich ended tasting like ranch..it was disgusting.
The attitude in this place is off the charts. Ordered a meatball sub and asked for easy on the sauce since it gets sloppy. Was told it’s a meatball sub so that’s not possible. And then when I asked for the sub to be double toasted she told me “if you like it burnt then that’s fine.” This has been a reoccurring issue at this location and it’s a shame because it is so close to my house.
Eat fresh they said not here I say, can’t even give me what I ordered. Asked for Italian dressing. Called it’s in packets now. You didn’t get any packets . Nope . Bread is old nothing but crumbs . Returned it wow they gave me fresh bread . We can’t throw out bread. Even it’s old ?
