great food. great service
I've ordered through GrubHub many times from this restaurant and today I didn't get more than half items I ordered! I am SO disappointed, and upset. I spent a decent amount of money and to not get my food is really a shame.
Friendly service and really great food. I ordered a penne a la vodka not expecting much, but it was one of the best pastas I've ever had. They really add in a lot of ingredients to the pasta that make it so much more than just a basic penne a la vodka that you'd get most places. Pasta came with a salad as well, which is nice to include with the meal.
We were greeted by a friendly staff. We were seated quickly for a Friday night. Seating at the table was comfortable but the floor was slippery I’m not sure if it’s built up grease or a cleaning agent. The restaurant appeared to be clean. We were given cold pizza bread and regular rolls that were also cold. It could be really good if they would heat it before serving. The salads were small and very leafy I would have preferred iceberg since the salad was filled with leaves. They were also out of sweet & sour dressing. We ordered traditional pasta with meat sauce and the Lasagna Classico. They charged an additional $2.50 for the meat sauce for the traditional pasta which barely existed. You can see in the photo the meat sauce may as well have been non existent. The flavor was decent and cooked Al dente I would ask them to cook the pasta longer if I return. The Lasagna was good and plenty of cheese. Our dining was definitely not worth the $40 that we paid for the evening. Still looking for that amazing local Italian restaurant!
Good food. Very good staff.
i ordered off of grubhub and i spent 50 dollars on food that i ordered off of the kids menu. i got the stuffed shells and they gave me only two. i also got the chicken tenders and they only gave me two of those which were extremely undercooked.
The food is fantastic! The staff are very nice. The prices aren't bad either! Go there a lot.
This restaurant is synonymous with Italian food in the Mahoning Valley. Craving pasta my wife and I had dinner there. Everything started off fine and went down hill from there. We ordered our drinks and greens for an appetizer. Very generous portion. They just short of ok tasting. Lacked flavor. In place of salad we both chose Pasra Fajoli. What came out was a white broth soup that didn’t resemble anything Italian. We both left it. The waitress took it away full and didn’t bother to ask if it was ok.I ordered my favorite- Linguine Fra Diavalo. My wife ordered baked stuffed shells. When our dinner arrived the waitress looked at me and said they made me Linguine with clams was that ok? Well no it’s not ok. Instead of waiting for the right food to be made I decided to try it. Bad idea but we did want to eat together. It was tasteless in a runny sauce with zero heat.So the bill came. I got charged for what I ordered not what they brought me. I would at minimum expected to be comped a desert or a beer for the mess up. But nothing. My wife and I have eaten here at least 50 times. But the next time I crave pasta I’ll pick somewhere else. Very disappointed.
I was at the East market Street location about an hour ago. I got a peach martini to go. It was almost $10. It was the worst tasting thing I ever had in my life. I know one of the other girls behind the bar was trying to help the other girl make the drink and it was absolutely made me nauseous. So teach your bartenders how to make a martini or take it off your specials list I still feel sick.... I bartended for years and never tasted anything so horrific just FYI take it off your menu
Ordered the Lasagna dinner. Hardly and tomato sauce on it and the service was small for $15.00 only a small dinky sparse salad came with it. I left a 20% tip even though the female service was cold like a snake. No warmth from the server.
