This Rally's is typical of the chain in every way, the line can be pretty slow, sometimes I have gotten completely different orders due to mixups, and about half of the time I get wrong or no sauces, HOWEVER- the food here is always really fresh and hot, and the staff is friendly and understanding with fixing orders. I really love Rally's, and this location does fine.
The food was hot. The order was correct. The people were very friendly. Also their large fries container was actually full unlike some other fast food places. Extra points just for that.

Got the baconzilla combo lots of bacon verry fresh the seasoned fries was also hot and fresh.was delicious
Took over twenty minutes for them to give us two chili cheese hot dogs and a couple chicken but boxes.
Store sign says closes at 3am M-F and 4am Saturday. Just went there and the girl rudely said we're closed becuse of short staff. If your restaurant is short staffed and closes early customers need to know in advanced. Especially for the food deliveries. Very unprofessional,rude and an attitude. If i could give zero stars i would. Place is a joke! Get your restaurant together, or hire people that have more rsspect to their customers.
We went there today march 5th 2022 around 2:50 and they messed our whole order up they aren’t answering there phone there order taker was rude and we live abt 1 hour away I DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM ESPECIALLY SINCE ITS THE WRONG NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT
I just left Rally's on Saturday January 8th at approximately 5:50 pm. My order-taker was one of the friendliest people I have ever come across. Food was fast and hot, what more could I ask for.
My experience at this Rally's was alright, all I had to ight was a small chocolate shake an a spicy chicken sandwich, courtesy of my best friend, thank you
Dine out order certain no condiments but received anyway. Happens every so often which is disappointing because you don’t want to get back in-line!
