The staff has been nice everytime I've gone. And the gondolas are still tasty
I just moved back to the area and was craving for a veggie pizza. When I got there the girls were very rude and on their phones video chatting and not wearing gloves or hair nets. There hair wasn’t even up. There long hair was touching the food. They had burning pizzas in the oven and just laughing about it! I asked for extra sauce on my veggie pizza and they put little sauce on it. The lady even over charged me when the pizza was supposed to be $10. She charged me full price because it was Tuesday. Will not be coming back.
Delicious food. IF you can get anyone to answer the phone so you can order. Online ordering doesn't work either. We don't get hours for lunch so driving there ordering and waiting isn't an option. Called another Pizza Joes to find out what was going on. That manager was going to text Lordstown's manager and ask them to call us. Never got the call. I guess they have so much business they don't need ours.
Ordered a 9 slice pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and double pepperoni. I was charged almost double what the menu stated. Got home found there was almost no pizza sauce. Been going to lordstown shop for years. WILL NEVER GO BACK ! ! !
Usually good food. Tonight was not the case. I called and the girl said 30 minutes. I showed up and she said you are going to be mad, but it was going to be another 20 minutes. I went to the car and waited. Go back in 20 minutes later and waited 5 more minutes. She brought my food to me and was rude. Got home and my pizza was ice cold, salad was all the core and little meat on the sandwiches.
Kind people! Great food.
This place has went down hill since new manager taken over. No one wears there hair up at when making food.
I've been a loyal customer of Pizza Joes in Lordstown Village Plaza for many years, the food is always fresh and tasty. My favourite is the Taco Pizza with extra white sauce ! Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, I've seen customer service slide. The old manager didn't seem to care about any problems I'd had and didn't seem to have much respect from the staff. Fortunately ,things seemed to have changed (for the better) since they hired a new manager. I was in the store Friday August 13 to pickup my pizza order and I met the new the manager , a bright and energetic young woman named Krissy. She greeted me with a smile and thanked me for coming in, and told me me order would be ready shortly. She is very very nice and you can tell she really cares about Pizza Joe's customers and her staff definitely respect her more than the last manager. Most people write restaurant reviews about the food, but I felt it was important to highlight your new Manager, she really deserves credit ! Pizza Joes, you've got a great person running your Lordstown store and I know things will return to the way they used to be !
The employees were to busy in the back talking to even know that I was there to pickup my pizza. I waited 5 minutes before I started saying hello and excuse me and they didn’t hear me apparently so I stood there and waited for someone to come around the corner. When I walked in 2 of my pizzas were out of the oven and the 3rd one was still in the edge of the oven so it was burnt on the one side.$44 to waste I will not go to this pizza Joes again.
First time ordering there in years. We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 were fine, the triple cheese bacon was horrible!!! Piled with sauce, little cheese and a few pieces of bacon. I called asked to speak with a manager only to share my experience, nothing more.NEVER any apology from her. I didn't want anything but to share with her how horrible the pizza was.I will be seeking contact with the owners of that establishment.
