Pizza board said 14 dollars for 2 medium 1 topping pizzas. They charged me 16.00 then my husband got sick off the pizza. It was dry and disgusting. Never have I ever had this problem.
This is the worst location I’ve ever been too. I ordered wings and specified extra saucy. They poured the equivalent of a whole bottle and THEN SOME of bbq sauce in the container. Some may find that acceptable, I find that very wasteful and unnecessary. Probably won’t return here. I usually get food from either Mahoning Ave or Elm Road. I think I’ll just go where I know.
It was not a good experience. I called in directly to the Warren, Oh pizza hut to order my pizzas. I told them explicitly that I would be there at 530p to get my piazza's..3 of them,large, one cheese, one pepperoni and one with mushrooms, peppers and black olives. When I get there I was told they burnt the last of the three and it would take 5 to 7 minutes to make a new one. I reiterated that I had to be at work by 6pm. The kid apologized and they would bring the pizza's out to me when finished, because I asked if he could. Approximately 12 minutes went by, the kid who told me that they would bring the pizza's out, came out with one of their heated pizza bags and got into his car. He never even looked at me. I then drove back up to the window and the lady at the window said they did not have time to bring me my pizza's because they were so busy (3 vehicles went through the drive thru)and that they had been done for the past 7 minutes. They could have at the very least flagged me to come over..NO that did not happen...I then reiterated that I needed to be to work by 6p..it was 550...so I asked to speak to the manager and she stated she was the manager and shut the drive thru window while I was talking...yes I was irritated....did I use foul language..NO..did I threaten anyone ..NO. The attitude of Pizza Huts personnel located in Warren, Oh East Market Street..needs some adjusting/ training (at least the personnel I dealt with, there were horrible!!!) When I got to work and checked my pizza's the large that was supposed to have Mushrooms, Peppers and Black olives..Only had peppers and olives..NO Mushrooms.Trust me when I say I know first hand what it is like to work short staffed, but you are still polite and make sure everything in someone's order is correct!!!
The pasta is awful. Very dry and noodles are crunchy. We got cheesy bread sticks, it was a square and not even cut. This is kind of weird. How are you supposed to eat this? Very odd! We gave up and threw it all away! We normally love this pizza hut but this was not a very good experience.
My boyfriend got a frozen pizza from save a lot a day ago, baked it yesterday, ate half, forgot the other half in the oven, the next evening he remembered it was in the oven and he warmed it up and ate it and still said it was better than any fresh pizza he received from any pizza hut ever in his life. He said he's not thrilled. He'd rather risk it for the biscuit than eat your pizza. ?♀️ save a lot out pizzas the hut.
The pizza was delivered on time, hot and fresh, very tasty and satisfying. The delivery person was very courteous and efficient.
I’ve eaten Pizza Hut for years and never had a complaint about the taste. The pepperoni pizza in my big box was dry and hard. I never tried the breadsticks or cinnamon sticks because one bite of the pizza turned me off. My husband agreed with me and we purchased another pizza from a local pizza shop. Our 12 years old grandson said it was good and ate some of the pizza and cinnamon sticks.
Your sides of sauce could be warm ours were ice cold and there was next to no sauce on the wings
We orders Saturday night sandwich was burnt every thing else was good orderd a stuffed crust today and is was Luke warm when we received it. Not what we are used to form pizza Hut
Not what I ordered. I ordered extra cheese there's barely any cheese .the box is full of grease. The pepperoni is burnt I believe it was warmed up and delivered to me .On a Friday night I received my order in about 30 mins. I told the driver the estimated time was 44 to 50 . I didn't expect him to be that quick East Market to High ST takes time too.
