There really don't deserve a star from me because I oder three pizza and 36 wing and they charge me the delivery fee and told me when I call that it was mark down for pick up they stuck
Have my order delivered in a timely manner. Make sure the food is fresh and not taste as if it has been sitting for hours. Thats considering i ever order from u again. I should be entitled to some free offers since I had to wait on my order a hr passed the time it was to delivered.
Pizza seemed a little dry and wings were barely warm! So maybe a little more sauce and cook wings a little more!!!
I ordered Buffalo wings, Honey bbq wings, breadsticks and fries for pick up. Along with that I ordered and paid for 2 cheese sauces, ranch, extra marinara and honey bbq sauce. The employee even “double checked” to make sure sauces were in the bag. Get home and NOPE no sauces. Didn’t bother calling because obviously they didn’t care in the first place. The food was cold and we only live 1.3 miles away and arrived on time to pick up.

When the pizza arrived, it looked to have been tilted and cheese was slid off the pizza on half of it. And they sent the wrong wings. And put the drink right Infront of my door knocking it over so I can open my front door. Not to mention the pizza and wings were nasty. And they added a gallon of sauce. Very un satisfied
i ordered food waited an hr and a half never showed up i called they said it shows delivered then asked if i still wanted to re order that it would take another hr and a half. NO APPOLIGY GIVEN REALLY MAKE PEOPLE WAIT 3 HRS FOR FOOD NEVER AGAI WILL I ORDER FROM WARREN PIZZA HUT LOST A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER..
Your pizza is the best. Your prompt on delivery. Your drives are friendly and courteous.
You could start by adding the requested crust toppings, and actually read the delivery instructions. I asked to have it left on my porch railing, but I had to physically go outside and take my pizza from the driver, because i saw him trying to open my locked porch gate. and I am dealing with the tail end of Covid-19.
