Call to order takeout and got someone from a third world country who refused to tell me where he was even located had to be put on hold three times once so he could make my order for me a second time so that he could tell them that that was all I wanted and a third time to give me the price and a fourth time so he could tell me how long it would take.Big surprise it's only 10 minutes from my house and it took them almost an hour after they told me 15 to 25 minutes.Pepperoni stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was horrible hardly no pepperoni no cheese.Papa John's is no longer a product of the United States I will never buy from them again.
Ordered Pepperoni Rolls, Cheese sticks, & (2) 2-Liters. The delivery time said 120-130 minutes, I was shocked. It came within a half hour and the driver forgot to leave my 2 Liters but as I was calling he returned with them. Thank you very much Papa Johns! No complaints!
had pizza from here lastnight ,no cheese no sauce ,worst pizza I've ever had
I wish I could give 0 stars. My pizza was literally still raw dough. I paid for extra cheese and got less than the standard amount. I also made a complaint using the emailed survey and info on the receipt and still have not gotten a response. Long story short, do not recommend...ZERO stars.
I would give a 0 star but that is not an option. So super bowl Sunday, I literally put an order in online for my pizza to pick up at 6pm so I would have it in time for the 6:30 game. I put the order in at 9am. I arrived at the location at 6:10 to pick up my pizza, waited in a line, just for the guy working the register to tell me that they had not even started making it yet and that I should have known that ordering ahead was not a guarantee. I explained to the guy that I ordered ahead so that this would not be an issues and he said "yeah it's going to be at least another 45min to 1 hour if not longer". I understand all pizza places are very busy on super bowl Sunday but the fact that I put the order in early in the morning and it could not be even started till well after the pick up time is ridiculous. If you cannot keep to the scheduled times then it should not be an option on their site.I will never use this location again, or probably papa johns in general. I don't know if it is the system the workers see the orders on or just poor time management.
DO NOT GO HERE STAFF IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL THEY HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I CALLED AND THEY GOT A ADDITUDE WITH ME AND MY HUSBAND WHEN HE CALLED AND MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT OUR ORDER HE WALKED HOME IN RAIN SO COULDNT CHECK IT OUTSIDE STORE THEY OPEND THE BOX LONG ENOUGH TO SHOW THE CHEESE SAUCE THATS IT HAD HARDLY ANY TOPPINGS NO CRUST SEASONING AND MOSTLY BBQ AND CHEESE THEY NEED FIRED AND I WILL SEE THEY GET TERMINATED OR STORE CLOSED THE GUYS WORKING TONIGHT WILL GET FIRED NOMATTER WHAT I HAVE TO DO THEY SHOULD B A 2 ⭐AND BEEN IN TOUCH WITH CORPERATE NEXT UP WILL B A LAWYER
Ordered on phone thru their horrible call center. Went to pick up the pizza and wings and no order was received. Had to wait 45 min for it. They gave us wrong dipping sauce and shorted 4 wings. Called store to complain, they gave a free pizza under phone number, when I called to redeem, no credit recorded. Very unprofessional for spending almost 40 bucks and having to wait extra time and still screwed up order and with a fake redeemable pizza.
I love the food here. But when you call in they give you people who can barly speak English.. It has become a nightmare to order from here .. real sad .. Im gonna have to find a different place to order from ..
