My rating is really more of a 4.5. Panera's food is great, I especially love their bagels, to date the staff have always been friendly and courteous and when I place a delivery order and they are out of a particular type of bagel or item I ordered, they always contact me and ask me if I would like them to substitute the missing item for something else and I appreciate how they put in the extra effort to satisfy their customers. The only complaint I could possible have is that the prices they charge are steep.
Nice cleN place, good coffee, but no Equal sweeteners (blue packets) that I prefer. No sugar free selections so not diabetic friendly. Had a chocolate croissant that was very good, much better than the ones at the Erie, PA locations, this restaurant actually had a better amount if chocolate inside.
I always love Panera and their soup n' sandwich combos. I love the different types of bread available to buy and take home.
First I have to say when I arrived everything was great and the staff member that took my order was awesome. But the woman (I don’t know her name) who was placing the finished orders on the pickup counter was extremely rude to me for no reason when I asked her if the food on the counter was for me. With her back to me she snapped “YEAH!” And then began talking about me in 3rd person to the other woman she was working with as if I was deaf. She was a Heavyset Caucasian teenage girl, brunette with a pink and yellow shirt on 11/23/21 around 630pm. Not returning here again if this is the kind of people they allow to work here employee shortage or not.
Food was good. Older lady at the register was rude and almost every table was dirty
Such a great little place to have a little business meeting! Nice and cozy inside! Coffee was amazing! Definitely a big coffee fan. The bagels were fresh and scrumptious as well as the flatbread pizza. Definitely a big pizza fan too haha. Would definitely recommend that! Next time I'll have to try the soup! Definitely can't wait to go back, would recommend to anyone!
Overall, good place I reccomend. There is a nice outdoor sitting place, but sometimes when it hot outside the umbrellas aren't up which is kind if annoying. There is also a nice fountain as well and nice outdoor decor. When you walk in the style is pretty cozy. During the winter there is also a live fire place which is kinda cool. The food is pretty tasty and the desserts are also good. A great place for breakfast and lunch. Sometimes workers have attitudes but its rare. I have had some weird encounters here, but that is small handful from years of going here. I reccomend it!
This is the second time I’ve placed an order through the app. Both times the loaf of bread I ordered was unavailable. The first time they called me and told me and I asked them if they could replace it with something and they told me no & they couldn’t refund me because it was through the app. I placed another order again today, included was another loaf of bread. When my husband got there to pick it up, he was informed that they were out of the loaf of bread, they could not refund him. He told my husband he would write his name on the receipt and I could come in tomorrow and pick up the loaf of bread. Then another employee told him that they DO have one loaf of that bread left. My husband said to him - that’s what my wife ordered. The employees reply was - just come in the morning. No thanks, I’m done with Panera.
Great food and friendly staff. Not crowded at all plus has outside seating still open. Little bit pricey but it seems everybody has raised prices because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
They put no lettuce on my sandwich which of course I didn’t notice until I got back to work. So I called told the lady about it and she apologized but since I couldn’t drive back out for them to put lettuce on it there’s nothing she can do about it. Not even a half a sandwich free next time I come in and spend $20.00 on lunch twice a week. Very rude. I’m not one to complain and I usually don’t even bother calling, but I almost couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I’ll never go back, that’s for sure.
