McDonald's processed fast food is saturated with preservatives and saturated fat, not a good choice when looking for a nutritional healthy meal.When I am on the go and McDonald's is the only place around, although I know it's an unhealthy way to eat I will grab a McChicken sandwich just to tide me over.But I do my best to avoid McDonald's altogether.So if you are looking for a healthy diet this would not be an ideal place to dine at.
Claims to be "24 Hours," however we went at 12:00am this Saturday and was told there would be a 20 minute wait because they were "slammed" with door dash orders. There was no line in the drive through and it's kind of hard to prove being "too busy with door dash orders." Sounds like more laziness as the employees had time to just sit around and wait. I should have just went to the Warren Magnificent McDonalds'.
Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 drinks, 1 cheeseburger and used the McDonald's app code for a free sandwich. Paid at the first window, they don't give receipts at that window. Per the employee, you get the receipt when you get your food. When we were at the food pick up window we received all of the order except the app code sandwich. The worker opened the window and asked what we were waiting for. We told him, he said a code wasn't used so we showed him our phone for proof. He then closed the window, we thought he was fixing it. Instead he brought us back the receipt and said "see no code". The receipt we should have received but didn't. He said he was unable to fix it and told us we had to go back through the drive thru. So we did and waited in line again. When it was our turn we explained what occurred and the girl went off yelling, "I most certainly did enter the code, I am only 15 you better stop it with your attitude". She then refused to talk further and would not take the code again, pulled around to the window and her back was turned she refused to turn around, pulled up to the pick up window. Where they were not wearing a headset and had no clue what occurred, so we filled them in. The manager denied to speak with us and had his back turned. But they were all laughing about what the girl said to us. Finally, the guy took the code and we received our sandwich. If you visit this establishment, I recommend having your cell phone ready to record because you can be polite and be yelled at and treated like complete garbage. We left a message at the Corporate office, looking forward to the call back.
Don't eat Micky Dee's that often but the food was fresh it and it was good havt enjoy ed McDonald's like that since a kid Parkman Rd McDonald's you impressed me . Not a easy task.
Took 30 minutes to get through the drive through. this place should be checked from corporate.old McDonald is probably rolling in his grave over what the franchise has become
Waited 17mins after ordering. Fries were cold. Total mess and I knew better to visit this location.
Service is good in the early am but as you get later into the day the service slowly sucks til around nine then its bad., Slow, have watched employees stand out by drive thru window talking to customers.
Hi good afternoon my name is Tonya Davies I have order 3 times this month (December)from Parkman road in Warren Ohio and every time I have been missing most of my order mainly 40 nuggets and 2 fries I have been refunded by Uber eats but it is starting to get ridiculous that half my order is not being prepared or given to the driver .. my grandson has cried over and over again because his nuggets never get delivered they have also not given drinks we have order .. like today I ordered orange hi-c and did not receive that so again my 6 year old grandson was upset because not only did his food not come but neither did his drink I will not be ordering from this restaurant again PLEASE SEND SOMEONE THERE TO HELP GET THAT PLACE TOGETHER THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING..SEND HELP
The staff was not friendly at all. Our shake and frappe were as thick as a glass of milk. The staff tried to tell us that was normal! We got a refund on the drinks.
Just go the extra mile to a different mcdonald’s if you’re craving it that badly. Every time i have gone there the service has been terrible, lazy workers, rude workers, and super unprofessional. they are always socializing or yelling at each other and you can hear it a mile away. They never say “have a good day” etc. like every other mcdonald’s says. The food is either always old or not made properly. I ordered a double quarter pounder, got a single quarter pounder. i ordered extra pickles for it as well and instead of just a couple extra pickles they thought it was funny to put 100 on there (literally not joking) i doordashed an m&m mcflurry there one night and they practically filled 3/4 of the cup with m&m’s and no ice cream. They think it’s some sort of joke idk. Bottom line is, DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! How this place is even in business is so beyond me. Just go to champion or downtown warren, so not worth all this.
