Its just a McDonald's.. And I think everyone in the world has had it at least once, but I've never had problems at this one and my foods always been hot and yums.
I visited this McDonald's on a very busy morning. The place was so filled that I couldn't even pull my car into the parking lot right away, I had to wait in a line on the street... I decided to go inside and I found the staff members to be awesome...There was a blue haired girl keeping the lobby clean who greeted me kindly. The young man behind the counter who helped me figure out how to use this kiosk to order was pleasant and proper. Even the manager who had to be called over to make change for the $100 bill I had treated me with smiles and respect. This is one of the best McDonald's experiences I've had in a long time.
Been over a year since we ordered from here because they can never remember to put everything you paid for in the bag. Decided to order for breakfast today, against my better judgment, and sure enough, missing 2 out of 6 items. Accidents happen but this store needs to get it together. Not a Karen, just a customer who's tired of being ripped off. Won't happen again, completely lost our business.
This McDonald's is not 24 hours. There's always somebody working there but if you come in after midnight they just tell you that they're closed. 5 * this happened to me this week
Went in to use the restroom and I was totally disgusted. The floor was horrible and the bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. I was in there st 7:30 am. They had just opened and there still French fries on the kitchen floor from the night before.
Nothing unusual set and lime for 10 to 15 minutes minutes then get your food by that time you forgot what you ordered LOL have a nice day
The food must have sat under a warmer for over an hour. The fish sandwich I ordered was cold and rock hard and so we're the fries. This seems to happen often with these guys.
My lunch peeples. No matter how busy they try to make it fast. Almost always right. But PLAIN fish means no tartar AND no cheese. PLAIN fish. They have really turned things around DURING pandemic. Prepandmeic I wouldn't even try lunch here.
The personality of the employees blows.... They need retrained. I guess that is everywhere.. this young generation just don't care about anything.
I have never ordered food here and gotten it correct. Don't even try to call them or have it fixed. They do not care.
