I just moved to the Warren area and was looking for a good pizza shop. I thought I found it 2 weeks ago when I ordered my first pizza from pizza works. It was fantastic! Very tasty and delicious. 2 weeks later I ordered 2 pizzas. 1 6 in Brier hill and there was one little sprinkle of cheese. The other I ordered was a 12 in thin crust bacon and cheddar. It was not rolled out to thin crust and the crust was actually falling apart. Not cut properly and was tasteless. Spent 20 plus a tip on dough. I called and tried to tell the young guy what was happening. He had nothing to say except " sorry you had a bad experience. Hope your next is better". There won't be a next time..sadly. The workers need to understand they are hired to make pizza..not stand in the back and talk about cheerleaders...which is what they were doing on 5-6-22
LOL, ordered a 6 inch pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, and extra cheese from Grubhub. Received a 14 or 16 inch veggie pizza with chicken and bacon. Not sure whose fault it was and really don't care. Would be really nice if someone could pick up the phone at Howland Pizza works instead of getting an automated VM. Grubhub just as bad. I am sure whoever ordered the pizza I was delivered and received mine was happy too. Done with both Grub Hub and Pizza Works.
A good sub starts with great bread! The meats were all good however the bread was OLD and nasty! Money down the drain. Never again. Also ordered ice tea and they didn’t have any. Annoying for sure ?♀️
The pizza was surprisingly good. Reminded me of the pizza from the elm Rd drive in.

Got a supposedly large pepperoni pizza. It was the pits and cost$18!! Very salty and the cheese was barely melted. Sauce was dripping off of it! Salvatores is better!
I have been eating this pizza my whole life! I absolutely love their pizza it’s one of my top places to get pizza. however today I ordered online and had a 20 min time to pick up. I got there right on time and they said they hadn’t even started my order and it would be another 20 minutes. I understand it can get busy but maybe change the times on your pick up times. It does say online peak times can change pick up times however A few minutes to wait is one thing but my order was not even started and another 20 min wait is a lot. Now I’m sitting here in my car waiting and late for an event. Just a suggestion for the future.
Works Pizza is the best! If you get their white pizza, try adding sausage. Their garden is also very good, with their own distinct flavor.
I ordered 1 pizza and Italian sticks 45 minutes before I went to pick it up. When I got there it was not even in the oven yet! Cook was very lackadaisical, and there were 4 other people working so understaffing was not the issue. Very unhappy with my experience
