Ordered pizza and wings online around 6:30pm on a Saturday evening. Order was confirmed and continued to get updates except no food showed up. Called 2.5 hours to ask about status only to be told they had run out of dough and had shut for the night. Food randomly shows up on Tuesday evening around 5:30pm. Cold pizza, cold wings, forgot the ranch. Got charged the full amount including tip. I can’t stop laughing.
Good food but the wait is so long and my last order wasn't correct
The food here when they get it right is good but the service here is an absolute joke. Almost every order has something wrong with it. Ask for no peppers. You get peppers. Ask for no olives. You get olives. Sometimes they just don't give you all of your order and have some excuses on why they messed it up. There "your order will be ready at blah" is also a joke. I've waited for 45 min past the ready time for my order to get done. The food is good just wish the employees cared enough to do a better job. Or the owner would read all these 1 star reviews and crack down.
Ordered a meatball Stromboli and a sampler platter yesterday. Waited 2 hours for it to be ready. Stromboli was cold and just tasted so bad like old food bad. Sampler was ok but didn't get the mushrooms in it. Looks like more onion rings were added in place. I ordered it for the mushrooms and cheese sticks. If I wanted mostly onion rings I would of ordered just that. Just all around not a good experience and the food just went in the trash.
Great sandwiches and pizza. I love the chicken pita especially!
Extremely unprofessional employees. Rude. Expect 2+ hour wait time for anything you order.
We have been pretty regular customers for years. There are occasional mishaps, but they are few and far between. The NY Style pizza is my overall favorite. The wings are good with good flavors. White pizza has been good lately, and we also like the chicken bacon ranch. Keep up the good work!
Terrible customer service, good awful wait time estimates every time. Multiple employees there have horrendous attitudes both with customers as well as fellow employees. 10/10 would never order here
Use to be good when we moved out here in February 2021 but now not as good
