Hey yall,posting from my husband's phone but wanted to give a review on the sensational service and food tonight. Nice girl named Gabby, she was really running the place hope she gets a well deserved raise. And the crew of dude, silly as heck very good team work. Hope you all get the credit that's deserved. Food was fresh and my complicated order was perfect. 20/10 thanks again
*Updated 2/3/22 I received email response this morning. They are quick to remedy situation. I hope staff gets encouragement as well as taught supply shortage isn't 'Management not ordering'. Also given a refresher on allergy cross contamination. That said....be kind humans. I've seen humanity acting horribly to all service workers. Just stop and treat people with kindness. Shortages in supplies, people willing to work...kindness goes a long way. Let's ALL play our part in stopping the negativity! I will return after supply issues are normal.*Will change if management addresses the issue.*2/2/22 Usually this is a great stop. I will preface this by saying they were extremely busy. Clients seem irritated. That can stress many employees out. That said, I'm frustrated tonight . #1 I have celiac. They "usually" treat the 'allergy' and cross contamination seriously. They did not change gloves or do so tonight. Then, knowing I was getting burger in bowl, never told me they were out of silverware. That makes a difference when you are trying to eat without a bun, I wouldn't have purchased. Then they also missed all condiments. It was disheartening because I can see them working so hard but with prices going up, and messed up order that I cannot eat till I go home, from lack of utensils...I won't be back soon. I hope they get there supplies and give employees support.
The food was very good for a chain restaurant. Maybe I was just craving a burger and some fresh cut fries.
Came in kind of late (40 minutes before closing) but everyone was receptive toward me even though the entire kitchen was spotless. They made the food in a timely manner and the food was excellent.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible employees rushed over and locked the door in our face 2 minutes before 8pm when they were supposed to be open until 10pm. I wouldn't waste my time with this location.
My daughter worked at 5 guys for several years so I'm aware of the type of customers that they're forced to deal with. I've gone there on several occasions experiencing the exact same behaviors. The employees will try to ignore you until you walk out so that they don't have to wait on you. Last night was no different .I watched the kid make 2 or 3 milkshakes never once looking me in the eye saying I'll be with you as soon as I can or even basically acknowledging my presence. When I realized it was evident that he didn't want to wait on me nor any of his coworkers like the other 2 times. I just walked out and went to one of their competitors I considert this 3 strikesand will not return strikes.regardless of how good the food is I won't go back
We stopped here to eat after a long shopping trip. The interior was clean and a perfect temperature. All of the store employees were polite and professional and seemed to work perfectly as a team. Malik H. took our order and was extremely patient and helpful to ensure it was correct. His smile and positive energy lit up the entrance. We were impressed with the amazing customer service at this location.

an employee has been in very close contact with a covid positive person and they are still making her work. you are helping spreading the virus. do not go to five guys in niles.
Very friendly service. Food was pretty good and really didn't wait long when though they were busy.
