We've been going here for the last year. Been there a lot. But recently, the last 2 times, they've been adding on extra charges. They are smallish amounts so we are home before we notice. But they charged us up to $10 extra both times. Also they are charging more when you pay with a card. 6.5%.They are always nice, Slow but nice. But charging me extra for nothing is sneaky and not ok. If you need to make more, charge more. Don't steal.Don't think I'll be going back. If I do, I'll deff check the receipt and pay with cash. Keep this up and someone's gonna shut you down.

My family and I are from California. Born and raised. My wife also spent time living in Mexico. Mexican food is something very well as it's everywhere in California. This is the best Mexican food we have had thus far with our time living in Ohio. Which is around 9 months currently. Does it mean that there is not a better place out there? No, but we have not come across it yet. If I can go into a place and order Lengua or molcajete, I know already it's legit. Definitely give it a try.

Let me start off by saying that the food was fantastic, the service was slow. The reason I gave them a one star was because they're charging transaction fees when you check out and there is no notification they are doing so, which is illegal. It is illegal to charge a credit credit card fee on a Mastercard or Visa debit card and yet they did it anyway. I will never patronize this business again and it's too bad that they just don't understand the law.

Small space which is fine however the music was so loud we had to yell to talk. It's a family owned business so the owners children where running around, no big deal except for the young girl in the corner booth behind us having some kind of convo talking very loud about her plans with her girlfriend that last at least 20 mins. On to the food, salsa was good had a little kick. I order the taco el pastor they where good, corn shell did fall apart when I picked it up, but the meat was tender and flavourful. My boyfriend got the fajitas with steak and chicken, he said the steak was tuff and grissley, his veggies looked kinda soggy. My son got the chimmys he said "you can't really mess this up", they where basic. We had to wait for the check due to the owner leaving the building not sure where he went. Overall just ok, most likely won't return, nothing notable.

I had ordered food for delivery on their website and it was deducted from my bank account. The food was never delivered. I tried calling the restaurant for 1.5 hrs with no answer. The next morning I realized I had a voicemail from an odd number that was left shortly after I placed the order and it was from them. It was very hard to understand the lady on the voicemail but she said someone about us not having the funds even though it was deducted from my account. That morning I called them and talked to a lady and explained to her what had happened. Once again it was very hard to understand her and it seemed like she had asked a question so I told her I couldn't understand her twice. She then hung up on me. I waited a minute or so to call back and when I did call back they would not answer the call 2 times. I checked my bank account again to see if they credited my card and they did thank God. But I feel like this was very unprofessional and will not be going there again.

Most amazing and authentic Mexican food in the mahoning valley area. Prices are fair and service is great. 10/10!

Nowhere near as good as what I was told it would be. A friend raved about this place so when I finally got to go to that side of town, I looked them up.Very unassuming place in a stripmall next to a mexican grocery, which is nice to know. The food: Very bland in flavors and presentation. I had rice added since the Mex Sand I know from Detroit has it. Besides the mild Jalapenos, it was pretty flavorless and incredibly bland. The bread was good. The service was typical.I ordered the Chorizo huevos to take home for dinner and IT was also not very flavorful. Actually, beside the rice, it all tasted the same. The tortillas were good and seemed more authentic. Not worth the trip from Campbell for me.

Added some pics. This is just past Eastwood Mall, down side street in a plaza. You can see it from 422. Place is awesome, great, unique (for this area) because it is seriously authentic. Forget the banana leaf wrapped tamale, and the lengua option for meat. They have menudo and pozole! Only been there less than two years, so it’s all mature and good with itself. And place is shiny spotless and friendly. Forget me. Just go there. Instead of your usual Mex place, get something that’s as close to authentic as you can find. Sorry, no nopales…

The best mexican food i ever tasted! The best one in the area!!

i ordered the steak tacos, queso, and horchata. last night was the first time ever eating here, and i was beyond amazed. i moved to ohio from Texas late last year, and i haven’t been able to find good authentic mexican food until now. the food feels like home. i was worried my tacos would be bland, but thats far from the case. they hook you up with the fixings. i got radish, cucumber, lime, green and red salsa and chips! the queso was to die for, and the horchata was rich. Everything is pretty cheap too! if i could give more than 5 stars, i would. i have never had anything like this before.
