Delicious donuts as expected. I purchased a large carmel and cream coffee. There was an unusually large amount of coffee grounds in the bottom. I took a drink and my mouth and back of my throat was covered in coffee grounds. It took all I had to rinse my mouth without getting sick.
The morning crew at this Dunkin are freakishly happy and I'm here for it. I like starting my day with you guys.

I was delivering gasoline to the gas station across the street. I wanted to use the bathroom and buy something from this establishment… but there is no front door. Actually there is a door but it looks as if it leads to a utility closet. I ended up going to KFC. I HAVE NEVER CAME ACROSS A PLACE WITH NO ENTRANCE. If you ask me, this place is a fire hazard.
The lack of icing on the donuts is unacceptable. Every other Dunkin fully covers the full top and a bit of the bottom. Stop being stingy with the icing. Krispy crème got you all beat.
I live in Westlake and work in Warren, this dunkin donuts beats out any of them by me. The coffee was awesome and the workers were very nice.
I usually come almost daily and have no issues, today I ordered my coffee and only get 8 cream and 10 Splenda. They gave me a coffee with caramel sugar and cream. Clearly someone wasn’t paying attention like I wasn’t until I got home. I’m a diabetic and luckily I took a small sip and realized the mistake. I could get really sick from this. Not happy today.
My hashbrowns are more like hashblacks. The icing on my donuts was scant, barely a smear of icing on all of them. As a fellow person who works fast food also, this is just appalling. Luckily for this location I have more tact in my little finger that they do in their entire bodies, or I'd be making a scene. Also, the coffee tasted like someone ran urine through a coffee filter and poured it on some ice. If you value your taste buds, avoid this outhouse like the plague.
They usually always get my drink right..depends who makes it. Good customer service
