A girl was taking our order than a guy got on half way through, an I got my coffee an said I want a hummus tomato toast, he said hummus or avocado, (again I said hummus) he than said 4.29. So we pulled through. I'm like that balance doesn't seem right. We get to the window and arealize he didn't Add it, than preceded to be argumentive about it saying I asked how much. I said sorry you miss heard me. He said you have to go through the drive thru again an order it! ? I'm like huh? Nevermind. An they laughed as I drove away. As you can see I don't think I've ever wrote a review before, so I'm being quite resentful about this situation maybe, I just could not believe that I had to drive through the drive-thru again to get what he miss heard or whatever. I've been to plenty fast food places where they have forgotten something and never made me drive all the way back through to order it LOL! I mean there was only three or four cars, but that's not the point, it's the principal that he was really going to make me drive all the way back through to order my toast, and they laughed about it.
This was definitely one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to!! We got a chai tea latte, black coffee, Carmel craze signature ice latte, and glazed munchkins. The two lattes tasted like hand sanitizer!! It was horrible! It made me very sick, as we lived an hour away and I couldn’t just take it back so I drank it! It was horrible!!! Then they were out of half their menu items so we just got glazed munchkins. The staff was rude and horrible! I will never go back again!
Loved this Dunkin! Super friendly and quick service! Hot macchiato and it was full!! Most of the time I get a barely 3/4 full macchiato and it's not even hot. Love this Dunkin!

I called asking for some help with my daughters Dunkin themed birthday party. I spoke with Amanda, she was great and helped me plan everything I needed. My daughter had a great birthday thanks to Amanda!

Shout out to Amanda for blessing me with a great breakfast this morning! At 4:30am she was so pleasant and attentive. I had a terrible fast food experience the night before so to get up early in the morning with a complete turn around was awesome. I can really appreciate the customer service. My food was hot and my drink was just how I like it. Thank you!
The drive thru was closed which caused everyone inside. Roughly 20 people in that very small lobby was interesting to say the least. But the staff moved quickly and stayed calm. They did a good job.
Service is excellent but I believe it's an independent owner who sets his prices higher than any other DD for the same product.
