Coffees were right (this time) ,but never go from afternoon to night they’re ALWAYS so rude and rush you like you’re an extreme bother to them, go in the morning and you might get somebody pleasant taking your order, one of the most expensive Dunkin's in the area I don’t like feeling like a bother somewhere I’m spending my hard earned money doing the same job the employees at this location are
The drinks were really good. My daughter ordered bagel bites and they were cold and gross (it was a waste of my money). Ive been here multiple times since they opened and that is the first time that ive had a complaint
I always have loved dunking but the app makes it even better. I place my order online and pick up if a short line or if a long line. Walk in and get it. All good food.
Two girls were standing outside vaping and smoking while I waited 10 whole minutes without an answer over the speaker. One was blonde and bigger and the other had brown curly hair (who I see doing nothing all the time and eating or just standing there talking) When I got to the window I was greeted by new frantic people who didn’t know how to use the registers. I overheard them talking about how the women outside were the managers I heard the names Anna and Emily. This is unacceptable. I almost never have problems when other managers are working but ever since this night shift change the service has been horrible and I’ve noticed it’s only when those two are there. The quality of my coffees have gone down significantly while the managers stand outside and smoke/talk??? Im 50 years old and I work midnights, I’ve been in the food industry before and it makes me mad that some people don’t have the work ethics that they used to. Me and a lot of other people are getting fed up with it and have started migrating to elm or the Warren dunkin.
Apparently it's policy not to sell more than two gift cards in the drive thru (which I understand bc it's time consuming if you buy a ton). I wanted 4, $5 gift cards. There was no one behind me and the manager said I could only buy two in the drive thru. I asked "If I drive around can I buy two more?"I was told "Yes". ??♀️ They literally made me drive around the building to buy two more gift cards. Here are the receipts, two minutes apart and consecutive order numbers bc there was NO ONE in line. Completely ridiculous.
Fast efficient and friendly service
My husband is a veteran and asked about military discount. They said you have to be in uniform. Veterans don't wear uniforms and have a card that shows their veteran status. Obviously Dunkin don't know much about military and veterans which is a shame!!
I've gone twice in one week and received the wrong drink. This past time I didn't get my receipt, I was given the wrong change at first, and it took 2 girls to figure the change out to begin with. I pay almost $5 for my drink which makes it so annoying to receive the wrong one as well as terrible service. Don't go to this location.
I ordered 2 grilled ham n cheese melts and received a side of nasty bacon, a sausage sandwich with white and green spread and 2 other things i could not identify..I simply left the drive through assuming my order was correct ...
Ordered a french vanilla latte, got a cup of hot vanilla milk. No espresso in it at all.
