I use to love this store. Had a very long weekend looking forward to my coffee I always order with no cream and make sure it’s repeated back. Today the lady on the headset caught an attitude because she said my order back but didn’t say anything about the cream so I kindly said “an no cream” obviously that was too much to say, hunny if you hate your job this much go somewhere else so you don’t ruin other peoples mornings.
I love dunkin donuts they have in my opinion surpassed Starbucks in quality and in price.
Good coffee and muffins. Slow drive thru, but not anything that would stop me from going there again.
Ever get your drink made wrong or perhaps they didn't hear something correctly? Tell them, the people I've encountered working here have NEVER hesitated to correct something. Usually my own error, but they still take care of it. While I know we all are in a rush anymore, take the time to pay attention to the service and work here. Their attitude is fantastic for the workload they are under.
The McKinley store in Niles messed up my order more than once, and the some staff are unprofessional. Management sent an email to me to call. I swear they take the phone off the hook, because you can't get through!!
Fair for the quick drive thru time. However; comes at a price of high Inconsistency . One morning could be spot on. The next you order a coffee and it is made an entirely different way.
Says open 24 hours and then you go up to the window and they say they are only taking on the go orders. They need to post that somewhere so that you don't waste your time!!!
Elm road Dunkin' donuts is absolutely the fastest Dunkin' donuts I've ever been to they are very very energetic and they get you in and out. Absolutely love it

Lobby is still closed! Very long line in drive thru.The hours are terrible.However,I DO recommend the LARGE FROZEN MOCHA COFFE! VERY good.BUT,each time I go through drive thru when I get a different cashier,the friggin price varies.the sandwiches give me an upset stomach and heartburn! I will NOT eat breakfast there anymore!
