great service! but the manager (i think) was very rude to the workers. if that was the manager that is not how you run a business, yelling at your workers because the card machine isn’t working is not right. i shouldve given the worker a tip i felt so bad. other than that my cold brew is delicious☺️
Usually fine but toaster wasnt working for my bagel and I didnt get my money back... apparently I have to get my bagel at another time if I want it toasted or I was to get it then... super inconvenient
By far one of the shitiest staffed locations I've been too in the state of Ohio and Florida like theres no excuse for the ignorant attitudes to the unattended drive thru.

The overnight girl deserves a raise. I know that she was busy making the donuts but she was still kind, didn't rush me, and made the visit pleasant. The day shift should learn from her.
