This is best ice cream around. Good prices with a huge selection. It's located behind Cockeye restaurant in the back of the parking lot. There's plenty of seating and a pretty efficient window to order and pick up your ice cream to eat there or to go. They have different cones and bowls to choose from and some pretty unique flavor options.
Let me start off by saying that I love ice cream. All kinds. However, the folks over at the Cockeye Creamery take their ice cream seriously and on a whole other level. It’s not even 5 star worthy, I chose 5 stars because 10 stars was not an option.Their ice cream is spectacular! Great flavors that often get rotated in and out with other creations that never seem to disappoint. We have yet to have anything that hasn’t been great. If you’re a traditional kinda of person - the butter pecan is the best I’ve ever had. The coconut cream pie is hands down one of the best things to hit these lips since my first kiss from my wife. The wired, Cookie Monster, lemoncello, are a few other favorites. Whatever flavor you choose you won’t be disappointed - to take it up a notch…get in a freshly made waffle cone…you can thank me later.The staff is also always on point. Fast, friendly, and thoughtful. They are top notch. In the dozens of times we’ve been we have never received poor service. Ever. That is saying something in this day we are living in.All in all…hands down….Cockeye Creamy can’t be beat in my opinion. They are truly the real deal.
What a SURPRISE!!! In this great gourmet wasteland of Warren Ohio…. We found a Diamond!!Delicious, rich, creamy ice cream delicacies in profoundly unusual flavors ….the quality of this ice cream is a treat you would expect to find in alarge “foodie” city . The price is extremely reasonable, serving sizes are generous. I can’t say enough good things about this locally owned and managed boutique ice cream stand….. except it’s a must stop for anyone who loves ice cream.
This place is great. Pistachio ice cream doesn't get better. I ordered two scoops on a sugar cone and the amount of ice cream I got was obscene... so much ice cream. It was really, really great. My whole family enjoyed what they ordered. We'll be back throughout the Summer even though there are a dozen ice cream shops that are closer.
Friendly staff!!! So many choices, took home pints. Granddaughters agreed on Cookie Monster, and if course as soon as they walked in the door they had to try it... excellent flavor, nice chunks of cookies. I got myself some Wired!!!! Tried fit at the window, great coffee flavor.
Love the food and the ice cream just no catfish today. Sad ride back to Cleveland
We have been hearing great things about this place, so we finally decided to give it a try. It was fantastic. The service and the ice cream are amazing! If you haven’t tried it, you are missing out!!! See you again soon :)

This a must for all ice cream fans. Yes, it is homemade ice cream and it is fantastic. The homemade waffle cones are the best I have ever eaten. The bottom of the cone is made extra thick so your ice cream does not leak through like most waffle cones do. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Make this your next stop when the ice cream craving hits!!
