I just want to inform whomever is reading this review that I have gone to multiple Chuck E. Cheese's including the former ShowBiz Pizza state wide and this was the worst I have ever experienced. I was highly disappointed in the whole experience. It felt like we were having a party with 2 other parties of people we didn't even know. I paid for the ultimate package and did not receive what I paid for. If you plan on having a party at this location, DON'T. I had to remind the host multiple times of what was going on next. My daughter didn't feel like it was her party. I served my own cake and pizza to my guest when I was told I wouldn't have to. I was so busy I hardly had time to sit with my daughter on her special day that I paid extra to do so. They combined 3 parties (2 other parties and ours) into one and sang to all of them at the same time. I thought my daughter would get more of an individual experience considering I paid for the "Ultimate Package" I didn't get the pizzas I ordered, nor the extra E-tickets I was promised for the lack of helium balloons. The host, for lack of better words, seemed clueless as to what was even going on. When she was needed she was no where to be found for most of the party. The over all experience was exhausting and hopefully will be changed. I myself will not be going to Warren location Chuck E. Cheese ever again nor will any of my guest.

After a terrible experience at the trampoline park an hour prior, spent the last hour of business at this location. Gloria greeted us with a smile and i think her coworker was andrew... maybe zack... haha. Whomever he was he stated there was 3 of his name and his last name was Anderson... so if you're the manager of this place... these two are top notch employees! They allowed us to play our full hour, made us a yummy pizza and cheese bread, did not rush us to leave at all, was very considerate and even took a moment to play with my son who was celebrating his 3rd birthday. My son chased the gentleman around with his dinosaur balloon. Super sweet of him to take a moment to do that. We left shortly after 9. So i hope we didn't take too much of their time. We will be back to this location.

I've been here 4 times in the past 8 months. This time I was disappointed. Had my 2 kids with me. Got drinks and a pizza. We played games and ate some pizza. Left 3 slices at the table and 2 drinks. Played more games and came back. the pizza was tossed out and my daughter's drink was tossed out. But my son's drink was still there. I was going to complain but just left and had the kids share the one drink left on the table.

Really really expensive ?... If your on a budget do your research first . Tables were really close together with multiple birthday parties going on at the same time.. I didn't like that at all u pay all that money n basically have strangers sitting on you lap . The game pass is cool but if your a single parent like me with two toddlers it's guna be interesting to say the least.. also the two hour passes don't let u play very many games when u have to eat do cake and find time to do presents during that time.. the pizza was ok expensive also.. the fact u can't bring your own food is upsetting when your paying to be there already. The cake was disappointing not for taste it was ok. But the paw patrol decorations were literally like a piece of paper laid on top also kinda pricey. Now grant it everything is expensive these days so this is more emy personal opinions.. absolutely love how they mark your kids so they can only leave out the front door with you that's the best part about there... Good service Chuckie came out to dance but didn't have no charisma or enthusiasm more or less just walked out and waved at the kids which my kids still loved it but I figure make it a little bit fun... Honestly for the money the space the food entertainment and inability to bring your own food puts a huge damper on this place for me.. now u can bring ur own cake and ice cream that's a huge Plus and I highly recommend doing so... Overall it was ok and good service so take everything into consideration and make the best choice for your childs b day needs.. side note love the photo booth and some of the games are really really fun.. good to go with back up lol ..

1st time ever being at chuck e cheese.. i didn't know exactly what to expect... but i have to say it wasn't exactly what I was expecting... i thought maybe there would be a " play area "... like with balls to climb through and to play in... more physical activity.. instead of just all arcade type games... naturally the kids all love it though... it was very nice to be able to put a one time pause on an hour play pass card.... very nice feature to have... stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was surprisingly good i thought.. !!!

We always have a good time, fun for the whole family.

My son had a great time with our Church youth dept, playing--eating-fellowship and FUN!!! So glad it wasn't super packed with folks...

Not a variety of games for kids. Its nothing like it was when I was younger but my kids still had fun. Everything is just so different now

The same Chuck E with a few new games. The big change is the price and no more tickets?. You still get them on your card or watch to redeem at the counter for prizes but I liked seeing them come out the machine.

It Was A Really Fun Time Together As A Family Playing Games i Loved it so much fun have to come back again :)
