My kids truly enjoy there chicken quesadillas an they will not make for you anymore. My kids don’t eat anything else. I will give elm road a shot and hope they take care of a long time chipotle customer that will be saddened to have to go to hot heads if they do not recover from Cortland roads mistakes. The attitudes from the employees might I add was horrible.
Why is it every single time I come to this location they are out of chips?! Seems like a simple thing to have on hand. Your store just lost out on extra revenue AGAIN! I go to other locations and they're never out of chips. It's actually a huge reason I come to Chipotle in the first place vs the competition. Might seem trivial, but when you're planning a meal and are looking forward to a menu item that SHOULD be available only to find out they are out once again, it's frustrating and infuriating it happens so often here! Who the hell is the manager at this location? Maybe they need more training?!
It's okay if you order brown rice & wants white rice... it's okay if you order fresh tomatoes & get ? lol definitely failed me
This location is getting worse by the day. No idea what's going on there and it seems they don't either.Lunch time rush...you have 1 person serving up food.Lunch time rush...how are the ingredients not ready to go? For example, couldn't get the protein I wanted because they were out and when she asked for more they didn't have any ready to go...they had to make it.20 minutes later I left without the meal I came for lolI love chipotle but this location is going downhill. It never used to be like this. Not sure if it is new management or new employees that are ruining this location though
Better service if you dine in...delivery menu charges more , then delivery fee & don't skip the tip. These poor delivery guys don't any cut of thise fees.My orders are consistently sub par.. missing items, very small portion size & sometimes just wrong. I would skip the online ordering completely. Just go in & get what you pay for.
Tried ordering through the app and it said it was going to take over an hour for my food to get to me, tried calling the store multiple times for like 20 mins to no answer. Bad enough this store is known for stingy scoops of whatever protein you choose.Just gonna go the elm road store from now on.
Me and a coworker ordered steak bowls tonight. Both had about two teaspoons of steak in the bowl AND NOTHING ELSE. Thankfully doordash gave us credit. Forget about calling them....NO ONE ANSWERS. Grrrr
Horrible experience. Online ordering took an extra half an hour over just walking in. Someone inadvertently took my order. Then my order was wrong when I finally got home and opened the bag.
Chipotle of Niles Ohio, gave me this carryout Burrito bowl with double meet. There was nothing in it. Got home and saw the picture below. Tried calling them. All 3 times it rang until they disconnected me. Never again folks. This place rips you off and doesn't care!
This location really appreciates handling allergens seriously! I have to do gluten and dairy free. The counter person not only changed his gloves but changed the serving utensils too - they even had new containers for guacamole and lettuce since I could see cheese shreds in the current ones.
