It grieves me to have to give a negative report or comment on a place of business, if you look at my comments on other local establishments you will find that I provide nothing but positive input, although things may not always go well with these places of business but overall their focused on customer service.Unfortunately my report below does not reflect a positive input, simply because I do not have one to give.Caesars Italian Restaurant is less than professional, the crew that works at this particular location take no pride in their work and when they serve your food you may or may not get everything that you ordered.For a carryout order they usually tell you that your food will be ready in 20 minutes, when you arrive you wait an additional 20 minutes before your food is ready.There has been a few times that they missed an item and I let it go, tonight, once again they missed an item and did not provide utensils or napkins.I am very patient and I understand that sometimes people not always have a good day, but most of the days when I purchase food from this establishment it's apparent that the employees don't have good days.Therefore I will no longer be purchasing food from this place of business.I have owned and operated a business for over 30 years with repeat customers due to the fact that I know how to run a business, and provide my customers 100% satisfaction.Apparently these on the edge of homeless individuals that work at Caesar's Italian Restaurant in Warren Ohio take absolutely no pride in what they do, they're looking for a paycheck and their day off.Once you read reviews from other patrons perhaps you will understand my review.
This is one of my favorite pizza places of all time ! They literally have only messed up my order one time in 7 years and it was just that they forgot my pop (not a huge deal because the food was awesome as usual) . I have never waited more than a hour for delivery on the busiest evenings and I have had food delivered in as soon as 20 minutes ! The one driver used to even give my puppy treats everytime he delivered and was the most polite person ever. Thank you guys and please keep doing what you’re doing ! ?
bought pizza, with shrimp, (burnt) home fries and supposedly Mostaccioli but they forgot the Mostaccioli when I called to complain I got the manager, I told her about it, she confirmed the order with the driver then said REAL snippy "I'll have to credit you because we are closing!" then she slammed the phone down. If I had my way I would have her job, now who is the owner of this junk joint?....
First time trying this place, The people inside seemed quite friendly and the pizza was a thick crust and tasted very good. My kid's loved it. Thank you for great food.
Order my order at 5:10 was told 30-45 minutes for my order. I show up 45 minutes after placing my order and to my amazement my order was still no done... I wanted 1 hour and 48 minutes for a order or chicken fingers and a large pizza and a slice of cheese cake that they cut and places on the counter next to a heat lamp when I arrived.. I waited until 7 a clock for my order because I had paid for it. I got rid arrive from the old lady with no teeth... When I told her I wanted a new slice of cheese cake she complained about it. I check the cheese cake and it was warm to the touch when I got to the van... I NOR ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY WILL EVER ORDER FROM HERE... NOT ONLY WAS THE PLACE A MESS, DIRTY, AND UNORGANIZED THE COOKS DID NOT WASH THERE HANDS INVE WHILE I WAS THERE AND SAL THEM TOUCH A VARIETY OF DIFFERE T FOOD THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WASHED IN BETWEEN...
We ordered food before and we found hair in it they did nothing about it, then today we ordered and they said 35 mins to deliver and it’s been hr n 18 mins. I called and the food ain’t even went out yet!!! I don’t even know why we tried again!! Dirty a** place!!

I mean I love their food, my whole family does, but I always let them eat a snack because I know delivery takes forever. I ordered 2 hours ago and I haven't heard anything and when I try to call no one answers. So I just ordered from somewhere else because I'm hungry and have no clue if it's coming or not.
They have good food and they deliver 2 my house no matter how the weather is they have real good delivery drivers and a couple that I don't care 4 but over all great place 2 go and eat at or have delivered 2 ur home
The food is amazing. I want to like this place so bad. But they are so mean here, I have never seen a more hostile place before. ?
