The play house area was the grossest place I've seen since covid started. I think they should close it up and not let kids in there. There was food wrappers all over IN the play house area and something on the floor under the slide I thought was a pop spilled, my son said coffee spill my daughter in law said are you sure it's a beverage spill. ?
If you can get your food actually fresh it's pretty good. The people working there are really nice too.
I don't understand the problem with giving out a receipt with a credit card purchase. I have no problem with any other restaurants.

Just moved to the neighborhood and went here twice… both times had absolutely the worst Burger King food. The first time I went my fries weren’t even close to being cooked and my sandwich was sloppy. After that I told myself I would avoid it on my way home from work unless I got sick of the other restaurants around it. I gave it a second try after a few weeks tonight and I can’t say it’s much better. My lid on my pop was smashed onto my cup lol. My fries weren’t all the way done but they were def better then the first time. The buns on my sandwich this time, was stale. And Ive read the comments about the people inside just being wild and I feel like I heard the same. Idk if a manager or anyone ever reads these, but I will never go back to that Burger King. I’m really not a super picky eater or get on fast food joints about how organized the food is, but this place was THAT bad. I’ve never written a review before but this one actually made me sign into my google just to type this.
Did not get order right.Called and manager was not nice and hung up on me. Called Corporate and was supposed to receive call from them and a email got neither. Would not suggest this particular Burger King. People are rude and so are managers.
This burger king is the worst in the USA. Close it immediately!!!. Bad reputation is one thing but bad service and no workers is another. Seriously, just close it.
Asked for a raspberry lemonade, when I was handed it, it was as dark as a coke, I knew it wasn't lemonade, I handed it back and said it wasn't raspberry lemonade. They had to nerve to HAND IT BACK TO ME, 30 seconds later, and insist it WAS! as you see on the ticket, they gave me tea. I knew it was tea. The employees made me feel inferior as if I had no clue what I was talking about. I asked for a regular lemonade and even said sorry, didn't even get any sort of apology from their end as if I was crazy. I even seen them laughing inside as the ordeal was going on. VERY unprofessional.Also just realized I asked for ketchup twice and got ranch and Buffalo instead.
10/22/21 Am @ Champion location. If you're competitors had people like this working the drive through. they wouldn't have such long lines. Outstanding job!
Out of pop only have diet...don't have any large cups out.... next time we went don't have spite out... no paper for the cash register out they need to get it together
