I purchase two small orders of chicken nuggets, The order was exactly as I wanted but I drove down the road is when I tasted the nuggets and come to fine out after eating just one that the nuggets tasted like cardboard and was not hot...I Was going to work and wanted to have a bite to eat but these nuggets were awful so I would have gone back but I had to start working soon after. I WILL NOT GO BACK YO THAT BURGER KING BECAUSE OF THE BAD ORDER I RECIEVED!!
Hit or miss on correct order, and not afraid to give you old fries and onion rings instead of making fresh.

Ordered a whopper meal, and this is what I got. Elm Road IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again. If I could post ZERO stars I would.
Worst service, rude, forgot half of my meal n a large onion ring side was only filled a 1/4 of the way.
This Elm road BK location has to be the worst fast food place in all of Trumbull county. Always have an issue with either the soda machine, the cash registers, out of a product or lately it's been that they let you sit in drive through and never respond. Last time I went it was 6:48 pm, I sat in the drive thru until 7pm when the employees turned the lights off and went to their cars. Never said a word to me.
Waited 15 minutes, told me to pull forward and still waiting on food, like literally still waiting on food!… they forget about me!?
