Great place. Excellent food, great service. Went just for the famous fried chicken. Definitely worth the trip. Quite reasonably priced.
My family and I have been coming to the BV for many decades, and it is by far the greatest ‘chicken joint’ you’ll ever experience. All the food is first rate, as are the staff. ❤️
We love Buena Vista. We went last night to celebrate my birthday. We never had a bad meal until last night. Our adult meals were all very good. The issue was with my grandkids meals. They both wanted mac n cheese. It was awful. They love mac n cheese. Neither of them ate their dinner. I tasted it and it was awful. It was mushy and gummy. My husband got a side of mac n cheese and he couldnt eat it either. I mentioned to our waitress that it was bad and she agreed that it was not good. She never offered to get them something else. The kids meals were $8 each. I wouldnt mind paying that if they would actually eat it. I had to bring them home and get them something to eat before bed. We were very disappointed for the first time there.
The food was very good and they give you plenty of it. The waitress was very nice and attentive. I had the fried shrimp dinner, It came with fries
The hostess, Brenda was super nice and sweet and the food was awesome! The waitress and her daughter, the busser was a astonishing young hard worker! She took the plates and was fun to talk to but shes a team jess.
Had a very bad experience today I would never give this place my business they were okay in the past today idk what was the issue but my boyfriend went to pick up his meal and he didnot receive a warm invitation he told them he was there to pick up a order the lady said one second she preceded to go at the end of the bar meanwhile other customers were coming in getting waited on while my boyfriend was being ignored finally he walked out very rude people it makes me wonder if they like black people why else would they be so dismissive as if we didn't exist how would they like if that was done to them we giving them business it shouldn't matter what the person look like you getting business so this experience left a bad taste in my mouth I would never step foot in that place I will take my business esle where where iam greeted and treated like everybodyelse
Nick and your kitchen crew, Once again you have gone above and beyond. I ordered one of your Super Bowl Specials and some wings for the game meal. Just as I was finishing up my order I asked about desserts available for Sunday and if you had a favorite of mine .... Well low and behold the Pistachio Cake was available!!!! I should have just asked for price on whole cake. But I ordered 4 pieces. Well my guests were impressed by the magic of your crew and that Cake was the perfect dessert for the finishing touch!! The cakes are always moist and that light and fluffy buttercream icing is to die for!!! Thank You and the crew for always doing a great job!!
