We ordered our food through the drive thru and when it was brought home. There was food that was missing that was ordered. Not paid for but was on the screen ordered. I had coupons and of the food ordered only one coupon was used. So the rest was charged full price. So half of my order was not there. Only one coupon was applied and you know what the manager wanted to do!?! Apply the coupons! Really! Or I can drive the 20 miles back to restaurant with the order and they could give me my money back. Or I could have 3 free meals. Well since I will never go back to them ever again that does me no good. Or I can waist 3 gallons of gas for their mistake. And the manager was unwilling to go above and beyond to provide satisfaction to the customer. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I work in that field and I would never do this to a paying customer.

2 for 6 fish sandwiches, throw away the bread and enjoy the fish, great ?

The facility itself is reasonable and typical for FF. The double stack Reuben was supposed to be in toasted marbel rye and it was soft bordering on soggy, but the meats were pretty good.

If they would've put extra Mediterranean sauce on my 2 wraps that I specifically asked for. They might've got higher stars. Plus, I had to pull up and wait for my order... Still couldn't get it right!!

Maybe take a minute to actually give your customers what they asked for. Arby's sauce isn't a difficult request. Will not be returning.

I ordered at drive through. l want to tell you that the service was wonderful. The girl who took the order cash and talk with me about order was polite, very courtesy. I was finally impressed and it has been a while since I was. The order was correct and the food was really good yesterday. We got the fish, roast beef and cheese sticks. Thank you to the girl who took the order and whomever prepared the food. Thank you again, Yvonne Richards

Love this Arbys the place is so clean and the food is always fresh and hot. The workers are kind and friendly.

I find it offensive that the employeees DO NOT WEAR MASKS. With the employees touching every order with bare hands who knows what they are spreading with barehands on food orders. Wont eat there again.

Fries weren't cooked throughly, were still frozen. Couldn't say anything the lobby wasn't open.
