Food was great had 2 different sauces on the wing and the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper taste was full of flavor. The only item was the fries that were a little under done the the flavor just wasn't there this time. The service was great as usual and the time they made the food was very appropriate to the time they told me would be done.
Lately, it has been a major disaster at this restaurant. In the past, orders have been incorrect, cold, or poorly prepared. None of those were major issues as the staff had generally been at least somewhat friendly about mistakes, and with that I was willing to deal with small issues.I've spent more money than I care to admit here, I used to be recognized on site. It was a comfort food.Tonight is the end. Called about an incredibly correct order. I just wanted it corrected. An incredibly rude employee answered me, was difficult, then hung up on me. I then spent around 11 minutes trying to call back and get my order fixed. No answer every time. It's a Monday night, a night you folks run a special.Keeping employees is hard, and I understand that in this economy, but I will be disputing my last few incorrect charges on my credit card at this point, and am seriously considering ceasing any ordering I do. Maybe deal with how incompetent and rude some of the employees are?
Our go-to wing joint. They have the option for hard-fried wings and we always get what we all for (I prefer them fried regular but others like them well done). The rings are a lot bigger than other restaurants in Toledo. The only area of improvement I can offer is that because this location is busy, they should try to maintain staff to keep up with the volume.
They never answer their phone VERY ghetto and unprofessional If someone needs to order and doesn’t want to drive 15 mins there wait 30 minutes for the food to be ready and have to drive 15 mins again YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CALL or even trying to inform them about an order online..... this is disgraceful and has been this way FOR MONTHS they need new employees ESPECIALLY at night to actually do their job AND ANSWER THE COMPANY PHONE!!!
I ordered from door dash and I didn't get what I even ordered.. I wanted classic wings and got boneless.. yuck. I didn't get my pop.. it's not doordashes fault it's yours!
Very unprofessional. Some worker eating pizza while they were preparing food. One worker ask the friend who was eating at the counter to get my drink. She did so while having food in other hand. I was disgusted by that. I should not have pizza sauce on my cup from the wing stop or a random person( or coworker not in uniform) getting my drink. I will not be back to this one.

Always order ahead, never have to wait. The entire team is very friendly.Today, my order never made it through due to a glitch..... when I got there I just reordered and they got it done ASAP. I was never stressed about it and being the awesome staff they offered me to get a drink. Awesome all the way!!!!

I would like to say manager TIS, has exceptional customer service skills, she went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer!!! Whenever I visit I will always patronize this location...
