This location has gone downhill the last few years, but especially over the last year. Time and time again I get the wrong order, or have to pull up because they need more time. Even then, half the time they bring the wrong item. A few months ago I sat in a drive thru line for at least 10 minutes one afternoon just so I could ultimately be told at the speaker to pull up. Pulled up and was told the drive thru was closed. Hadn’t been back until today. Again, I go through the drive thru, and this time they tell me the computers are down and they can’t serve anyone. Just poor service time and time again. I’ve already been going to this location less and less because of bad experiences. I guess I’ll have to stay away now altogether. Too bad, because I’ve always loved Wendy’s.
We've been here for exactly 11 minutes while I'm making this review. They don't know how to run a restaurant, you do NOT take one order at a time! There's a line wrapped around the entire store, everytime we pass this store it has a massive line. Get it together, you don't deserve anymore than $9 an hour
Im sorry to leave a bad review. But this is a serious issue. I only been there twice and I was just there yesterday. I got food poisoning/bad food preparations. I had a fever of 110.0, throwing up and a severe headache. Just 15-20 mins after eating the food. I had toast and egg 3 hrs before that. I will never eat there again. I thought I had covid. I am covid NEGATIVE. Please do better.
They took two other orders and then tell me while I am standing waiting to place an order that they were only going to take drive thru order and that line was out to the street and only taking an order every 5 minutes
Order food and it was hot a fresh the best wendys in toledo by far the staff was friendly and smiling and the food was hot and freshly made!!! My family of 4 was very satisfied and we will be back for sure
Food has gotten better but the staff... not so much. They weren't shorthanded or busy but still managed to mess up our order.
They only take one order at a time and give food to that same customer before taking another order. Their excuse for months is they only have 3 people working. This is a failure of management. They are all rude and untrained in customer service. All actions at this locations are for employee convenience, never for the customer. Any question asked by a customer results in a rude response from one or multiple employees at the same time. Either close this location or restart it with decent workers.
I would have given five stars we didn't receive ketchup and my son's burger had everything on it but other than that it was very busy so I understand our food was very good
If I could give zero stars I would! This place is completely horrible and I will no longer be returning to this place due to the staff’s attitudes. Everytime I go I’m greeted with such nastiness. Once I ordered my food and the lady put my order down wrong and once I told her it was wrong, her and the manager had an attitude! Please don’t come here, save yourself the attitude of these old Heffas. Burgers be hard, fries are cold, food is also disgusting!
We made an online aka mobile order through wendys app at 7pm. We arrived to store and the carryout was closed early doors locked! We go through drive thru and are told we never placed an order there it must be at another location. We read them the receipt info clearly showing that is not the case. After being told two more times they don't have it we are then told to go back through the line which by this point we already waited 15min and it's since tripled in car length. We ask for manager he comes out tells us to park while we wait for our order. We wait they bring out an order for 18.00 not 34 dollars with complete difference of items and name. We tell manager that and he tells us that is only order they have I go back into app again luckily having taken screenshot of.ot first before and they closed the ticket out . He keeps telling us to cancel our order ourselves if we want $ back. We can't do that only he can cause they told us toark we were there when in drive thru saying they hadn't got order so we did so it went to them. We tried to show him receipt and he refused to listen to us. Then shuts door at us giving no resolution whatsoever and leaving us without dinner for the night cause they were rude and not at all willing to hear us out or even look at the receipt showing we paid. We used pts for one Dave's dbl and paid $33.27 for the rest of our order loading it from our debit to the mobile app so we get pts with our visits. We never have issues at Holland store but this one is closer to us so we settled here and this is how we are treated. Either stuff is made wrong or staff is very nasty and rude. I want my refund and an apology as this was ridiculous. How do they even stay open treating people like this! I've worked in retail all my life and neverwould we treat a customer this way!
