I waited 30 minutes in the drive through and the workers were standing around or outside the store. That was ridiculous. Can't go here for lunch anymore, I was late coming back to work. Wendy's, stop being greedy, pay your people better, and hold them responsible for their job. Fast food service has really declined since 2020.
?? Downloaded Wendy's app, and did breakfast half price at 6:30 am, was loving the Baconzilla breakfast comboo... ? omg I would so love to do that every morning.Wish that I would have took a picture at Wendy's, everyone would have seen me Enjoy my breakfast because it was Fantastic...?
Love this place. We generally bring table cloth/plates/fake candles to enhance the setting. 10/10 would get the baconator again.
My son loves Wendy's and the food is usually on point but I swear it's the only place that I think 9 out of 10 times we go through the drive thru that we have to pull up to wait for our chicken nuggets. Thank goodness this crew was nice though. The last time we went through this drive thru which was not long ago the lady at the window gave the worst attitude over us using 2 of those chili coupons you get at the Walleye games. Which we have ALWAYS been able to use in the 4 years that we've had season passes. And this one time we get this one girl who I guess thought that the coupons were coming out of her pay and gave us attitude and said there was no way to take 2 coupons and I said that we do it every time we come through... so she calls a manager .. still with an attitude...who easily took care of it... so instead of saying let me check on this for you.. she IMMEDIATELY slapped on an attitude and ruined our night over a damn chili.. other than that we love our expensive $25.00+ Wendy bill for a 3 person family...lol... fast food sure has gone up!! But for that bacon I got you Wendy's!!
I love Wendy's but it's hit or miss. Either it's perfect or there is way too much salt on the fries and the buns are dripping with grease
Good food but poor service at window one in drive through.
The new fries aren't better than the previous version....burger patties were dry. Fast food quality has dipped lately everywhere.
My husband bought 2 hamburgers, 2 chilies andc1 large fry. The hamburgers were not made the way he had asked and tasted terrible. The chilies were also terrible. The fries were pretty good. Not sure what has happened the food at Wendy's use to be really good. Not so any more.
Staff was friendly and food was super good. Highly recommend.
Night shift is horrible. Came inside to grab a quick meal. There were cars around the building. The dining room cashier didn’t greet us. When she finally acknowledged that we were there she said one moment. Order was taken and I waited.Dining room chili was half empty, dry, disgusting. Nobody cared about it. Maybe if you’re going to be that careless and gross, don’t let your customers see it when they await their food… girl at the fry station was drinking something, then wiped her hands on her pants/sides - honestly again, disgusting… you work with food. There was a lot of cups (that the workers were drinking) all around the back counters. Near the sandwich stations everyone was talking and standing around… even though I was waiting for my sandwich and there was probably at least 10 cars around the building.Once I finally got my good and went back to the Pilot, I wasn’t surprised that the sandwich was done wrong. But not only that my specific requests weren’t added (add simple tomato) but the basic sandwich was missing cheese sauce, bacon and barely had any pepper jack cheese. Since it was so dry, only juices was from the jalapeños (at least the person making it put some of those) just threw everything away and grabbed some snacks from the Pilot.Can’t even blame that it’s the night shift because it is the manager that allows this to happen. Don’t go to this location. Unsanitary, slow, careless and not welcoming.
