Came Sunday night at 12:30am. Waited in line for 20 minutes and never was served. The employee turned off all the lights and refused to take orders. Talking about someone upset its makes no sense to behave in this manner especially when you make 15 dollars a hour to make sandwiches and someone people who work at factories make way less.

This location seems to have some new people! The new staff is super friendly and our burgers and chicken sandwiches where fresh, hot, and tasty!

I went here on a Tuesday night after 11pm. The gentleman taking my order was funny and energetic. It was truly his energy that made me order as much as I did. I was only going there for a loaded baked potato and a free chili from a Toledo Walleye promotion, and I ended up getting a salad, spicy nugs, and a med fry just because this guy was lit. I pulled up to the window and he was wearing a Looney Tunes button up that was fire! I showed him the Walleye game on my phone because I told him his shirt was awesome and he said mine (my Walleye jersey) was awesome. AND THE FOOD WAS ALL CORRECT AND DELICIOUS. The other people who helped him were friendly, too! Much better than this place has been in awhile! Bravo guys! Good to see people taking pride in their job! GREAT EXPERIENCE TONIGHT. Thank you!

I tried the new spicy honey chicken sandwich which was excellent and the fries were super hot but the wait at the drive thru to order was ridiculously long there was 6 cars in front of us and it took probably a good 25 minutes to order and get our food. Super super slow service terrible and I don't know if it was due to lack of help or not but it was terrible terrible terrible!!!!

Very inconsistent but they always fix my order when ever it's messed up l. I mobile order pretty much everytime and any time past 8pm the limes can last upwards to 30 min

I've ordered curbside twice from the app now, and both times, I waited in the car in their curbside zone and after waiting 25 minutes with no one coming out, I've gone in and my food is just sitting there and then they hand it to me. If they don't want to run food out to the cars that's fine, but don't offer it as an option then serve cold food after refusing to bring it curbside.

Ordered 2 meals and got cold fries and 2 sandwiches that weren't even close to what we ordered. When we brought it to their attention the lady wanted to argue with us like we were lying. Then the manager stepped in snatching the food from us and throwing it in the trash then storming off to make what we originally ordered. No apology or anything at any point just arguing and attitude.

This place has gone downhill. They are constantly slow, fries are always cold, and they have no way to contact them for a problem because the phone mailbox is full. I placed a mobile order to pick up for carry out so I wouldn't have to wait in the drive through. When I get there the door was locked so I drove around to the mobile pick up space. There was no number to call and after waiting there for a bit I gad to google the number only to find the mailbox full and nobody answered. I had to get out of my car and approach the window, which I know is a no no, to find out what I was supposed to do. The worker to me to use the drive through. So now I'm 10 cars back in line. By the time I get to the window I've been in line for 20 minutes (plus about 10 min trying the locked door, sitting in the mobile spot, googling the number....) so my mobile order for pick up at 5:30 is now being placed in my hands at 6:00. My fries were stone cold, and both of my Spicy Chicken Sandwiches were soggy from the condiments, not to mention so overcooked it was like leather. (I mean how can you overcook it? Isn't there a timer that tells you to take the food out of the frier?)

I’ve had pretty bad service in my 25 years of life and never wrote a bad review until now. This place is a joke. It is as if everyone that works there are zombies. After placing my order I drove to the next window and the guy said nothing and just stared until I gave him my card. Very odd experience

Drove past McDonald's to try one of their $1 breakfast biscuit sandwiches. I was told at the drive thru window that the deal ended yesterday. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant meal, and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. $10.18!! Food was ok but I wish I would have went to McDonald's. Cheaper, and tastes better.4 days later(12/10/21) and they are still running the $1 breakfast biscuit sandwiches commercial on TV.
