Allie was so wonderful ..I explained that at the other store ( in the Tamo shanner)Burnt my pizza and would she please not do that .she said I'll make you the best pizza you ever had and she was right it was wonderful I will keep coming to Secor rd store as long as Allie is working there the owner she take good care of her its hard to get great employees....I could tell she enjoys her job and takes care that everything is clean and great customer service....thanks Allie for keeping me as a customer....see you soon.
Each time I enter the building, I’m greeted with a smile AND because I’m a repeat customer I’m asked “are you getting your regular order or adding bread sticks”??Excellent Customer Service ? Excellent Staff ?

Just moved back to the area and the three times I've been there the pizza has been great and the customer service has been good also.
VITO'S serves old brown salads and uncooked pizza and then the management tells you rudely they do not want you as a customer because THEY cannot do their job - it is very unprofessional and this business needs to be shut down immediately as VITO'S IS A HEALTH HAZARD. RAW UNDERCOOKED FOOD MAKES PEOPLE ILL - BAD SERVICE JUST MAKES IT WORSE. DO NOT SUPPORT VITO'S THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER CENTRIC AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE GOOD PIZZA, SALADS. THE LOCATION SHOULD BE CONDEMMED. BE ADVISED THE MANAGERS ALL THINK THEY OWN THE LOCATION AND ACT IN THE MOST RIDICULOUS WAY WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS AN ISSUE AS THEY SAY THIS IS WHAT THEIR OWNERS HAVE ADVISED THEM TO SAY. THIS IS TRUE AT LEAST 3 LOCATIONS WE ARE AWARE OF PERSONALLY.
OMG ! I tried to return a salad with brown lettuce and they wanted me to actually pull out the bad lettuce with my finger and show it to them - Which I did - I stopped at 10 pieces but was told I could have easily picked out the 4 brown lettuce pieces and eaten the rest. No thank you! They refused to give me a refund even though I returned the bad food and I was told they made it fresh this morning. I was told I was not wanted as a customer. Accept the food and like it or get out!that's okay, I don't need to eat garbage anyways. Just to recap, they humiliate customers who hold them accountable. I guess they will save money in the long run. good plan.
