absolutely wonderful pizza, at a great price! Cinnamon puffs are also fantastic!!
Friendly staff. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and told I would be helped in a moment. Didn't have to wait long. I door dash and alot of establishments don't even acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes at times so this was a great experience for me. I also have ordered from this location and the food was very good fresh and hot when I picked it up!
This is the second time I've ordered from here. Honestly I can't say I'm impressed my cinnamon puff are always undercooked and my pizza crust too. This place is just nasty.
Tried NY style pizza. Good value. Prefer their crust and sauce. Fast delivery. Accurate order fulfillment. Friendly staff.
Friendly staff. Easy parking. Had a sub for the first time. Reminded me of how good subs felt to me during college.
Being new to the area I wanted to try a more local place. It was fine as far as meeting my expectations. I ordered something for pick up about an hour and half ahead and it was ready and hot when I arrived. My only issue (not so much anyone's fault) was that I didn't know the shop is located at the back of the building and not visible from Detroit Rd. Fortunately just a short trip around the block put me right where I needed to be.
The pizza I ordered came in a timely manner and tasted very fresh! Thank you!
Placed order over the phone and when I came to pick it up the worker said they canceled my order and hung up on the phone. Was very rude! And she said she left me a voicemail but my mailbox is full she’s a liar. When I asked for her name she refused.
While the food was okay, the delivery person was horrible. We purposely chose contactless delivery with notation listed Twice to leave at the door on table there. This is because my daughter is trying to recover from complications during giving birth to her newborn (less than two weeks old). While we get that the delivery lady would not know this, it shouldn’t have mattered as she had the request for contactless delivery and the two notes to leave at the door. Instead, she came to the door and rang the doorbell, which made the dogs bark, the baby cry and stressed my daughter (BP issues). When asked why she rang the doorbell and didn’t follow the instructions, she said that the owner of Vito’s insists that cc receipts be signed. It was pointed out that the website gives the option for the contactless though, to which she said that it wasn’t her problem. We called the store, twice, trying to lodge a complaint about this lady’s attitude and found out that she’s the manager there. She finally called back, only to rudely deny that she was being not very polite while during the delivery (trying to not type a novel so not stating in more detail her rudeness). Everyone is upset here and will not be ordering from the Toledo store on Detroit anymore. Moreover, we’ll be sharing this negative experience with neighbors, family and friends.
Worst customer service I have ever received. I order from here three times a week. I ordered a large cheese bread with chipotle sauce tonight and instead of calling me to let me know they were out of chipotle sauce they just sent me ranch. Called to get a refund and the manager promised to send it out and ofc it never came. You lost a loyal customer over your awful customer service.
