2 sips and I am in LOVE!! I went here yesterday and I did an online order of 2 smoothies. It was ready in less than 2 minutes!! It is very clean and the smoothies are INCREADIBLE!! I am already addicted!!!!
Their smoothies are just okay to me! They do have a really good Turkey, bacon and ranch sandwich but the pricing is ridiculous! Almost $8 for the sandwich is entirely too much but I was pressed for time, starving and it was the only place that I could grab something that wouldn't be a hassle or too messy to eat..other than the usual spots! Overall, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean!
Clean, healthy, and friendly. The trifecta. All that and it will not break the bank, or take too long. Why eat fast food, when you can have good food, fast. Will definitely return.
Redeemed my birthday smoothie and they did not give me the right smoothie at curbside pickup. I’ve given them multiple chances and have been unimpressed each time. Manager asked me to email regarding my Yelp review so I did. Never responded. It’s been 4 months.
i just got two smoothies and quesadillas and they were the best we have ever had and the lady who made them had only been working there for three days!! much love to trop
I absolutely enjoy the buffalo chicken wrap. Plus the new strawberry lemonade smoothie is my new favorite.
Honestly, this is the absolute worst food restaurant I've ever been too. I've been to 4 different tropical smoothies, but this one is god awful. They take a good 20 minutes to make your Smoothie, and I know it don't take that long, because I've worked at a Tropical Smoothie Cafe before. Then they tend to do 1 of things with my food. They either forget to add meat to it, or undercook it with stale tortilla. The employees seem to be on auto pilot too, not answering you. Sorry guys, I know we're plaza homies, but this is terrible.
Had a breakfast burrito for lunch and a berry smoothy with an extra kick of wey. Good girl was helpful for recommending something small.
I ordered food and drink through the Tropical Smoothie app for delivery. Just the drinks were delivered. I called the store I ordered from, thinking I would be able to get it resolved. They refused to help and hung up on me twice, not before saying that they didn't care.
They seemed to have taken away veg chicken? Also removed the option to sub veg protein in certain smoothies. Smoothies are good, but too much sugar is added. Food is just ok.
