Staff is extremely rude! They are always out of every donut. They are always big let down. I will never come here again because of staff. They should really think about getting some employees that want to work with customers and keep their food stocked. You're in the food service industry! If you don't want to work with customers then don't work in customer service...just a thought!
I'm from Arizona so when I came to Ohio I wanted to try tim Hortons. I waited for 15 min at the cash register. And I was The only one in the lobby. When the girl finally came to take my order she was rude rolled her eyes acting like taking my order was a huge inconvenience for her, when All she was doing was standing around talking. took 20 minutes to get my food. Which they got wrong. This is the worst service I ever had. Will never go back to tim Hortons if this is how they treat there customers
Rude service. Server practically threw our order at us through the drive through.
The person taking our order through the drive thru acted as if we were a huge inconvenience!Some people really don't belong in public service jobs. Maybe she was having a bad day.
Had a horrible experience. I stood in the lobby for 13 minutes with NO acknowledgement. When the manager (pictured) finally came to the front counter, she still did not even look at the now 5-6 people in the counter area. When I asked, she said her priority is the drive-thru. When I asked if there policy was to acknowledge customers, she said, in a demeaning way " Isn't it obvious?" I as well as 3-4 customers left. How Rude!

Drive thru worker was very rude and rushing my order even though nobody else was in line. Not a good way to keep customers, won’t be coming back. Also just tossed my hash brown in the bag without a sleeve
The sugar free coffee is fair, but i prefer bigby or Starbucks. The food is ok but not great. My bagel was supposed to be toasted but was soggy and lukewarm. I’ve been there several times and each time my order was correct and timely but just didn’t taste great. I probably won’t go back. To be fair, my friend liked her frozen Oreo drink and said she would order it again.
