This place is incompetent.My mother and I have tried to order food here 3 times, I also failed to get food on other occasions. They served me excuses but no food. 1:30 PM 03/24/22 They told my mother and 3 other vehicles that they were in the midst of a shift change and didn't serve anyone. They told her to get off the timer so they wouldn't look bad, Mother complied and waited in the front if the store but still she did not get served after waiting... On another occasion I placed an order around 7 PM they took half of my order but then proceeded to tell us that they're no longer taking orders.... Incompetency is only matched by their ineptitude, displayed by the employees currently chatting in the store... my mother went across the street to another sandwich shop and was served immediately!(Copy edit)
Seemed like a nice and clean place. I wish there was one closer to me but any chance I can, I get Tim Hortons I do.I love the coffee and baked goods! Thanks for making something sweet out of a sad day.
I just feel that the quality of the food isn't what it was 10 years ago. I used to really like their breakfast sandwiches and muffins, but then they changed the recipes and it went down hill. Almost like everything is cheaper and skimpier. The muffins used to be so good and you could peal the cup off and then break the top off the muffin (the best part) and everything was a crispy, but also moist. Now doesn't even seem like it's baked enough. Needles to say I hardly ever go anymore, but each time I do I'm disappointed. And today the coffee wasn't even very good.

We mostly order donuts and bagels. The food here is usually good, but sometime they get my order wrong.
Just drinks thru the drive-thru at 8 pm. Had to wait for 10 minutes while they talked to the people in the car ahead of us. ☹
Quick service (Tim Hortons always seems to have fast service) and the wrap was better than I expected. Apple fritter really hit the spot as well. I haven't been to Tim Hortons in several years, but will again after this visit.

Ordered 3 items. Was given one correctly. Had to say something to have the other 2 corrected. She corrected them with an attitude and made my correct coffee wrong.
