I stopped by there today for the first time in months. I ordered 1 sausage/egg/cheese biscuit, 1 hash brown, 2 Boston cream donuts and 1 large hot caramel Macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and extra caramel. The hash brown was limp, biscuit sandwich so so and I have no idea what my drink was, but it was not a caramel Macchiato. Total waste of my $12.
This location great for many years, but it seems in the modern day of exploiting workers into exhaustion with lower and lower wages has taken away what made Tim's stand out from the rest. You've boiled down your employee base to people who are justifiably unmotivated to do any more than the bare minimum. Which by the way, if you're going to nearly double the price for a cup of coffee, at least have it prepared correctly when I come to the window. It's either cold, or I end up getting it black with nothing in it.If you want any chance at a good experience, just drive to the location just over the border in Michigan off Sterns. This location just isn't it anymore.
Terrible Customer Service. 6 people standing around talking. I was the only car. Took 10 minutes to get my Cafe Mocha. The girl never spoke one word. I honestly don’t even know what she looked like. Her head was turned the entire time. Jobs are a dime a dozen right now. I’ll spend my money where the staff has a little personality.
Me and my fiance go there a lot and there is a Pacific girl from drive-thru and she is always hitting on him and she ended up asking for his phone number she should not be working there it's not right I feel if something is not done I'm going to report it but for now on we will not be going back there till Tim Hortons does something with her
i usually stop in this particular location and have no problems. tonight we ordered two caramel iced lattes and they were just.. caramel iced milk. no coffee. super disappointing
Messed up my order twice in a row and argued with me over what I ordered. Threw my food together and it wasn't even edible after I got it. A big pile of slop. Haven't ever had a good experience at this location on laskey.
Horrible service. For starters I pulled up to pay for my donuts and there was some under age looking kid with his finger so far up his nose that I couldn't see his knuckle. After paying and pulling off I later realized they gave me the wrong donut selection. When I went back to complain they said they didn't have what I wanted so they threw in whatever filled the dozen. I will not be visiting this location ever again.
My first time to Tim Hortons. Drive thru only. Ordered 2 combo meals got one sandwich i asked for the other. The lady said has to ask manager as the drive thru line is too long. We drove off went to the Executive diner. Much better option!.
Ordered ham & Swiss on a plain croissant with a medium lemonade and a blueberry muffin. Croissant was burnt 2 thin slices of ham no lemonade “ I didn’t hear that!” For $7 that’s robbery and she needs a personality
The drive thru lady didn't say a single word to me, they got my order completely wrong so I got a bagel with cream cheese when I ordered a breakfast sandwich. And when I tried to call to talk to someone, no one answers and there isn't an answering machine it just makes fax machine noises at you. If I wanted a toasted bagel with cream cheese I could have made it at home.
