Only gave 3 stars because they have helped revitalized summit street yes but have done noting for the neighboring neighborhood. secondly some employees give this arrogant pompous vibe. especially the bearded guy with glasses
When I say the drinks are strong, that is an understatement. Everyone is very kind and the space is super cool. Try the BLT sliders- you wont be disappointed.
Ok hipster place I guess. You can’t order a drink at the bar? What?? Such a hodgepodge, you want beer you go downstairs and find out that they have normal beer outside at that bar. The bartenders can’t sell a drink themselves. You need a waitress. Strange. Drinks are outrageously expensive. Super sugary. Wish that I knew about the strawberry vodka. I would have ordered that with club soda but they never offered a list of the offerings. I just got a list of drinks that looked like baseball cards. So sugary and that menu was so confusing.

To call this spot a hidden gem is an understatement. Beautiful space, thoughtful cocktails.
Overpriced and pretentious. Servers are rude and the atmosphere is terrible. A million better places to be downtown with similar drink options that don't charge $15 for an old fashioned.
Very welcoming staff, calm environment, with a nice view of the river.Aleeya, Emma, and Brooks provided outstanding services to my friends whom I was DD'ing for. Aleeya & Emma were not afraid to initiate conversations with the table, were very personable, and showed genuine interest in receiving feedback regarding the beverages provided as well.Although I did not drink any beverages myself, I can say that the appearance of the beverages that Brooks had crafted for my friends were of absolute 'professional' quality- not to mention- consistently, as well!Great variety of music, respectful/non-rowdy atmosphere fit for all age groups, and a very unique interior.I cannot emphasize enough that this location is worth a visit if you are in the area! :)

Love the atmosphere and everything tasted great. I highly recommend getting the strawberry mocktail with the strawberry vodka. Super tasty and pretty. The prices are fairly expensive, but the food is great and some of the drinks are great. A little pricey for an all night drink fest, but definitely fun for a pre-game cocktail and snack.
Great time last night at the Barrel house. Perfect venue for our group at Toledo's Pet Bull Project. It was a wonderful benefit for our pups!
