My friend and I had a great experience, on 6-29-22. Joni was our server and she did an outstanding job. She kept the refill going on the drinks and brought extra napkins, butter, syrup, and condiments. The place was very clean, place was run very professionally, and I love the decor. Most of all, it’s a very reasonably priced place to eat.
Tried to order breakfast at 7:05 a.m. since they open at 7: 00 a.m. They were not accepting phone orders, so I tried the website (Trash site). I decided to just drive there and order in person. I walked in and one waitress was in the back looking at her phone and never looked up to acknowledge me. Another waitress came out and gave some dine-in customers their food. She acknowledged that she will be with me in a "second". However, she decided to stop and talk with some of her friends (at another table) who were also dining in and hold a full conversation. At this point, I had been there about 10 minutes. I walked out. So unprofessional.
Original Pancake House is a favorite in my family. Great staff and great food! I’m never disappointed.
Great service a d great food
For the 45 minutes that we had to wait to be seated, I wasn't impressed. I ordered a sausage and cheese omelet and 3 pancakes. The omelet was baked; different, but it tasted ok. Just ok. The pancakes were fluffy but lacked much flavor. Probably would have tasted better if I had gotten a fruit topping. I also ordered a side of bacon. It was a bit tough to bite and chew. All in all, I expected better considering the crowd and the wait.
Delicious food with a variety of options and unique as compared to most local breakfast joints. The service was excellent and that’s hard to find these days. I’d definitely go back and wished we had one near us.
Apple Crepes were yummy! Our waitress was outstanding, as well. We had a large group and she did a wonderful job managing it all!
Love this place amazing food great service
I’m sad I haven’t tried this place sooner. Easily the best breakfast place in Toledo. I had the eggs Benedict and Belgian waffle. Absolutely perfect. Hollandaise was incredible and the potatoes were perfectly seasoned. My mother had a baked omelet and pancakes. 10/10 no notes. Amazing.
Best food and good service. both things are rare these days so 5 stars. Well done.
